Sibling| Malec X Reader

You knock on your brothers door, your f/c wings folded up against your back.

"WHO DARES TO DIS-" Magnus yells as he opens the door. "Oh, adik (little sibling in Indonesian)!" (I used google translate so please tell me if that's wrong!)

"Hey big brother!" you exclaim.

"What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to get away from London, it's no fun there any more."

"You mean because there isn't a chance you might die daily?"

"Maybe," you say dragging out the e. "But that's what makes an immortal life interesting!  Besides, I missed you!"

"I missed you to, Y/n."

"You need to catch me up on all the gossip," you say walking into Magnus' apartment.

"Sure, but only if-"

"I get your favorite wine."

"I still can't believe you won't tell me what it is."

"It's a secret I will take to my grave," you joke.

"But what if you die?"

"Then go to Catarina," you say with a wink.

"But she said she didn't know!"

"Well then Magnus, Catarina is a liar."

"I need to get new friends," Magnus complains.

"You love us."

"Unfortunately."

"Don't be like that."

"Don't be like that," Magnus mocks.

"How's your cat?" you ask, changing the subject before something happens.

"Chairman Meow?"

"Do you have another cat I don't know about?"

"No," Magnus says grumpily.

"Then yes, I mean Chairman Meow."

"He's right there," Magnus points at the doorway of the kitchen.

"Hey little buddy," you say, walking up to the cat.

That night you wake up in Magnus' spare bedroom, screaming.

"Y/n?"  Magnus, rushes into the room.

"Mags, it was awful," you say tears in your eyes.

"Have the nightmares been happening more often?"

You nod, "They're part of the reason I came here.  I've tried everything, potions and spells from all over but nothing works."

"Is there anything I can do?"

"Can I sleep in your bed?"

"Sure, come on," Magnus leads the way to his room, with you sleepily following behind.

The next morning you head out early, hoping to distract yourself from your latest night terror.

Meanwhile, Alec enters Magnus' apartment.

"Magnus?" Alec calls out.

"In here!" Alec hears Magnus call back.

Following the voice, Alec finds Magnus in the living room.

"Hey, how are you?" Magnus asks, gazing at his boyfriends tired face.

"We've been dealing with a group of rouge vampires for the past week."
