My One-Shots

Rescue| Kili X Reader

It's going to be a mix of the movies and the book.

You leap over the boulder, easily scaling the rock. 

"Legolas!" you call. "Muindor (Brother)!" 

"I am here." 

"Adar (father) said there were dwarves in Mirkwood," you shiver. 

"Thand (True). I am to go and capture them." 

"I'm coming too," you say clutching your bow that you grabbed before looking for Legolas. 

"Absolutely not!" 

"Why? I was trained, I can do it." 

"Dwarves are terrible creatures." 

"More proof that you will need me!" 

"Adar will not allow it." 

"I don't care." 

"Fine." 

"Thank you Muindor." 

"If Adar asks, you forced me." 

"Agreed." 

"Come, let's join the others."

You jump off a branch, using the spider's web to slow your descent. You land on a spider's back and use one of your thin knives to cut off it's head, before jumping back into the trees. 

Legolas rides another spider down a hill before sliding under another spider, cutting it with his sword. The leader of the dwarves raises his sword and in return Legolas raises his bow, along with you and the other elves. 

"Do not think I won't kill you Dwarf. It would be my pleasure." 

Some of the elves approach the surrounded dwarves as a scream of agony cuts through the air. 

"Kili!" the blond dwarf yells back. 

You turn and see a dwarf on the ground with a spider on top. 

Jumping from tree branch to tree branch, you quickly make it to the fallen dwarf, killing a few spiders on the way. You roll on the ground and stab a spider that's approaching the dwarf and the spider on top of it. 

Another spider approaches you from behind and you quickly stab it with your knives. 

The Spider on top of the dwarf moves to kill the dwarf and you shoot it in between the eyes. 

The dwarf between you and the spider, confused. 

You quickly face a spider that is approaching you from behind.

"Throw me a dagger! Quick!" the dwarf exclaims. 

"You think I'm giving you a weapon, dwarf?" you scoff. "You're mistaken," with that you throw once of your daggers at the spider that was moving to attack the dwarf. "Get in line."

"Y/n!" Legolas calls frantically. 

 "I'm here, Muindor," you say, shoving the dwarf towards the others. 

"Where were you?" 

 You point your chin at the dwarf. 

 "Tried to escape?" 

 "I had to save him." 

 "Kili!" the blond dwarf calls to the rescued dwarf. "Are you okay?" 

 "I'm okay, Fili." 

 "Why were you not with the group?" the leader questions. 

 "No more talking," Legolas commands the dwarves.
