Innominat?! but why does he have Laphi's face? And how is he here?!
Velvet: Laphi....?
Eleanor: Velvet's brother?!

Percival: Exactly. That boy is Empyrean Innominat the Suppressor.
Eleanor: But how? we took away his strength...
