I was watching TV on Dave's couch when I heard the garage open and a few seconds later the door open and small came running. DJ stopped in his tracks and stood in disbelief

"Kori it's really you" he asked with a huge smile

"Yes my boogie" I said smiling and laughing at him and he ran over to me and gave me the biggest hug

"I miss you so much" he said still my arms

"Awwww boogie I'm here now"

"I been waiting to watch Lion King with you. Make some popcorn and I'll go get a blanket moooooovie niiiiiight" he said yelling and running upstairs

Dave walked in and sat DJ's bag down "You tricked me you said he wasn't coming back until tomorrow" I said to him as he sat down next me

"I surprised both you he ain't know you were here until we pulled in the garage he said dad is that my best friend"

My heart was so full he was really the cutest

"I know my boogie missed me and I missed him too"

"I'm starting to feel some type of way you won't all joyful and shit when you saw me"

"Sorry baby but he is cuter" I said and he gave a mean mug and I busted out laughing and tried to give him a kiss but he blocked me

DJ ran back down with his Paw Patrol blanket and came and sat in between Dave and I and I saw Dave face scrunch up.

"Ok, I'm ready. Dad you leaving me and my bestie having date night" my mouth flew open and tried to hold in my laughter

I saw Dave about to say something but I caught him off and gave him a peck and gave him a look. Dave got up and him being petty he snatched DJ's blanket off us and threw it.

"Dad you hatin" I got up so quick and held Dave as DJ ran knowing his father

"Baby I know you going to your aunts I'm sure he'll be sleep in a few let us have some bonding time" I said trying to calm him

"DJ you showing yo ass" he said looking over at a nervous DJ

"Sorry dad"

"Heard ju" I have him another kiss and he left out but I couldn't help but laugh they are so much alike it's crazy

One month later

J and I moved into a 4 bedroom house with a pool and couldn't be happier. After I found out I was pregnant J told me he had already closed on a house and was going to wait to surprise me. We finally have settled in so we wanted to have a housewarming with family and close friends but mostly aunts, uncles and parents came earlier and the crew came later on so we could turn up.

"Girl this house is so beautiful" Reya said admiring the landscaping. We were out by the pool on the lawn chairs while J's cousin was on the grill and the guys from the trap and their girlfriends and thots were all chillin.

"Thank you and I can't believe he surprised me like this I know we had talked about but whole time he was being sneaky"

"Knowing ya'll I'm sure this house has been well broken in" Kori said to me

I shrugged "Yep, the shower the kitchen the living room pool house the chairs we sitting in"

"Ugh you lucky I'm comfortable" Reya said disgusted and I just laughed

"Nasty asses" Kori said

"Oh and it's going to get worse your hormones are going to drive you crazy you will be so horny J is going to get tired" Yani said
