Once I said that we all looked in the direction of one of the bars. Dave stood next to the trashiest person I know with long silky hair wearing a thigh length red dress showing off her legs.

Yani frowned "Who invited that bitch"

"Who is that" Reya asked

"Dave's hoe ass ex Cianne"

"I remember J was telling about her before and how she fucked half of Dave's trap house crew" Lonnie said while drinking her wine

"Yea, she did and Dave took her back every time and now he bringing her out to events and he know I don't like her we have gotten into a couple times. She tried to get with Devin a while back" I said while staring at her

As the night went on I sat at the table watching everyone dance and have a good time. My eyes drifted over to Dave who was talking to Juan and J while the girl Cianne was standing next him trying to look relevant and w he was paying her no mind. I glanced over at Dev and Yani and they were on the dance floor dancing and laughing looking so in love. It is crazy how things happen, just 24 hours ago Yani thought her now fiancé was cheating on her but all along he was planning something special for her to show his love. Reya and Lonnie have been through plenty with J and Juan but now it seems they are on the right paths. Then I look at myself failed relationship after failed relationship, going to school and working in a strip club. The club was the place I felt most free no judgement from all the strangers and life was put on hold.

My thoughts were caught off by Chanel cologne. I looked up and there stood Dave staring down at me.

"Waddup KorI" he said smirking

"Dave" I simply stated trying to mask my jealousy

"You look gorgeous"

I shot my head up at him thrown off by the compliment

"Tha...Thank you" I said while trying to hide my blushing face "You look handsome as well"

He gave me a head nod

"Um where is your date"

He shrugged "I don't she probably left"

I frowned "Why would she leave"

"She claimed I wasn't paying her any attention and cursed me out" he said so nonchalant

"Ohhh ok"

I woke up looking around noticing I wasn't in my bed. When I turned over I was surprised to see Dave sleep next to me.
