Chapter 31: Second Semester
Oceanna's POV
I groaned loudly as I flopped onto the couch in the living room after school.
"Rough day?" Vic laughed, walking out of our bedroom.
"Why did I ever decide to become a nurse? Nursing school is hard, and I'm not even in nursing school yet!" I groaned. "Science is hard, I'm already stressing about my nursing program application even though it's due next month. If I don't get into the program this semester, I won't graduate on time."
"It's going to be okay love." He said, sitting next to me and rubbing my back.
*One Month Later*
"Are you sure it's okay?" I asked Vic for the fifth time today.
"It's amazing, go turn it in." He said, placing his hand on the small of my back. I had finished my nursing program application and had Vic and Midnight read over it about two times each. I was so nervous. I needed to get into the program this semester and starting taking nursing classes next semester. If I have to graduate even a semester late, I might not have the drive it takes to get me to graduation.
I took a deep breath and walked into the nursing building, dropping my application in the labeled basket. I walked out and let out a shaky breath.
"Now to wait." I said, taking another breath.
