Here I was just barely breathing.

When I saw her for the first time in months , it felt like time it self had stopped.

Her hair was up in a bun with her curly bangs , wearing an all yellow top and blue jean shorts with yellow aesthetic shades. She was killing the game and man was she growing up swell. She looked just like mom.

"PALA!!" She ran dropping her bags in hand and I I couldn't help but meet her half way. Out bodies collide , her grip on me tighten and tears soon filled her face.

"I didn't know you were coming!"
"Yea I'm sorry about that I just wanted to surprise you."
She smiled looking back at Victoria and Mark.
"This is my sister Apala!"
The excitement in her voice caused Victoria to have a very unpleasant look on her face.

I told Beatrice not to come to dinner today that I just wanted a chill dinner. Of course she questioned my actions I told her it was completely ok not to worry about what happen yesterday and surprisingly she stayed at the office.

"Y-yes I'm well aware Arya, she's quite lovely. Why don't you go freshen up for dinner."

"Okay Vicky."

Arya ran up the stairs looking back at me "You'll be here when I come back right?"
I quickly nodded. "always"

She left leaving only me and Victoria to talk.
"About yesterday-"
"It's fine Apala , I've had all night to think. If you want you could relax with Arya until dinner is done."

She hated my guts. I mean I would to if someone tried to take away Arya.

I walked up the stares were of course I seen nothing but a pink door with BTS stickers all over it. I immediately knew it was Arya room.

"Hey little bug," I whispered slowly entering her room

"Hey little bug," I whispered slowly entering her room.

"Apala...I thought you'd be down stares."

"Thought I'd come up here and talk to you for a bit , you know before dinner." I smiled and had a seat on her chair.

"So how do you like it here A?"
She cleaned her desk and put her books in her book bag. Nice room I can tell you that.

"Well, the taylors are nice the school is pretty chill. I like the kids and the teachers I'm even thinking about playing soccer. The neighborhood it's quiet sometimes people come in and like to talk with us. It's better then that orphanage. We have game nights here and movie night. I haven't felt this happy in a while."
Her small smile faded and I couldn't help but feel my heart drop.
"I'm so sorry A-"
"No Apala it's okay. Seriously-
