Obi-Wan hadn't left the medical bay since the accident. All he did was sit there and watch his apprentice scream and grunt. He couldn't bare to see his friend in pain, but he knew it was for the best.
The day had been going on peacefully. Anakin's operations were almost over and he could finally come home soon. It had been days since Obi-Wan had slept. Part of him didn't want too, but tonight he felt at peace. He fell asleep once he made sure that Anakin was resting.
"Why, no, don't hurt them they didn't do anything, take me instead," said Anakin pausing for a deep breath.
Obi-Wan woke up and wrestling and screaming in pain. Something wasn't right. Tears rolled down his cheek like a waterfall. Obi-Wan reaches over and pressed the panic button which would send medical droids in.
He stood up and put his fists on the window. The screaming and gibberish continued ,"Anakin!" Obi-Wan yelled. Everything went silent.
"Don't let them die!" He yelled with his old voice. Then his head fell back down and he drifted back to sleep.
