King was breaking every speeding limit and it still seem was going to slow. I could only think of my family, their safety. Turning into the exit driving 3 minutes more we begin passing houses we was close.

"You love her" Jasmine ass looked at me "Nah correction bitch I'm in love with her, and if your boy toy of the month did anything to her or my children you will never be found again" my voice was icy and cold and I knew she felt I meant every word. Hearing those words out of Lanae mouth had me worried I hope she didn't give up I hope she ok my unborn, my daughters. He was dead on sight.

"Why couldn't you love me that way" now her ass was pissing me off. "Answer that at least" only thing I could do is shake my head. "You could never amount to her and she would never be as low as you" watching her heartbreak in her eyes. I was satisfied. Back in my thoughts I remembered the first time I saw her face, her holding our girls crying, the ache in my chest. I remembered the first time I held her and that attitude she gave. I remembered how her touch calmed me and even with my anger how she wouldn't turn away I had to save my baby at any cost.

Making it to the house finally. I jumped out. Directing Red to watch Jasmine nut ass. I was running so fast but never felt my feet touch the ground making it up the porch.............

LANAE POV

He aimed at me.

I felt my body drop, I felt so much pain, I couldn't breathe. Trying my best to keep conscious I heard my husband voice faintly telling me to hold on and stay with him but I was just so tired. I just wanted to sleep.

WINTER POV

I was steady shaking Lanae trying to get her to stay woke, stay with me. King came back up with the girls taking them out to the car. We didn't want them to see a dead man on the floor and their mother laid out bleeding. Black cake rushing inside "come on man we gotta get her up and too the hospital" Black had tears running down his face.

Carefully carrying her out they got her in the car, watching her head and being careful of her stomach. Rushing to the nearest hospital. Black ran in screaming for help like a mad man. A bunch of nurses and doctors ran out with a stretcher. "Sir we need you to let go and step out the vehicle" a doctor stated. Winter looked up he saw his mouth moving but he couldn't comprehend anything he was saying. "You want to save your wife right?" The doctor asked. Nodding his head. He reluctantly let go. Watching as they rushed her inside and took her to the back.

"She going to be ok, big bro" King reassured as he sat beside him.

Hearing his lil ladies running up to him he embraced them tightly his kissed them. "Daddy let go" Sani giggled. "No never"
"Why cry dada" Bri asked.
"I just love you girls so much"

It was now a waiting game. He played with the girls keeping them occupied, now feeding them, he was starting to worry he haven't heard nothing yet. But he tried to stay calm.

Hours seemed to pass and still nothing. Finally seeing the door open and a doctor walk out. "Family of Mrs. Hyman?"
Winter bout ran to the doctor "is she ok?" The doctor checked the clipped board again "I'm Dr. Mills and yes sir she is fine, she dehydrated, suffering from starvation, and her pressure was up" confused Winter interrupted "she wasn't shot?" Now it was Dr. Mills turn to be confused "what are you talking about son?" Not wanting to say to much and have cops down here. "We was out shooting in the woods and she dropped I saw blood" Dr. Mills shook her head. "The impact of the fall cause major bleeding but as I was saying her and the baby will be fine, she just need fluids, with her pressure being so high, without eating or drinking water it caused her to pass out. On top of her body being majorly stressed it was a bad combination, I'm recommending bed rest soon as she is released"

Too say Winter was extremely shocked was an understatement. Red and Black was laughing so hard at the moment. And King whispering he was gonna kill her. "You ain't touching my wife but imma ring her damn neck" he was humored and pissed had him crying and shit!
