Quiet befor the storm pt 1

A week have gone by and Winter haven't found the snitch yet he was low key stressed but as the boss he had to keep his cool. Driving down the ave his mind was everywhere how his life changed with a month time. A snitch finally made they way in his organization which got him on fire. And he met a woman he instantly knew wanted to spend his life with like can you imagine that just knowing. It kinda bugged him out he wasn't even that type. He chuckled to himself. Something caught his eye though, there was his bm talking to Rik from downtown anybody knowing the city know uptown and downtown are naturally enemies like a mouse and cat. He second thought pulling over but decided to just make a mental note of it.... matter fact his intuition wouldn't allow it. So he hopped on the phone.

"Yo, keys"
"Wassup boss man?"
"Hop on my bm tail i wanna know her every move if that bitch shit I wanna know about it "
"Say less"

Winter ended the call and continued on his way. After driving nearly two hours he finally pulled up to the hotel making his way up he entered to chaos. His little princesses was running around tearing up the place while Nae trailed behind trying to keep it steady, they had paint, barbies, coloring books everywhere.
"Daddy home" his voice bellowed through the place. All his ladies at once turned and rushed him.
Daddy. Daddy. Daddy.
They yelled running. All Winter can do was laugh and embrace the moment all the stress he felt melted away. Picking up the girls and walking up kissing Nae.
"Hey beautiful" he loved watching her blush
"Hey daddy" she winked. Her ass was making it harder and harder for him to hold out and she knew it. He stared at for awhile.
"We getting married this weekend" he said like he just told her they was going on a date.
"What?!" She couldn't even hide her shock
"You heard me"
"Nah, are you asking or telling me" Nae inquired and that was his cue. He placed the girls down and gently grabbed her face

"Lanae, I don't have a ring right now, and I promise to get you one, but I know the moment I seen you I fell in love with you and wanted you as mine, I want nah I need you to be my wife, will you marry me?"  Tears pouring out her eyes her heart responding to his every word, he soul felt his every energy.
"I don't care about the ring, but I need to know if I say yes will you love me forever, cherish me, stay honest, loyal and faithful and not break my heart?"
"I promise"
"Yes Ezekiel I will marry you" upon hearing that his lips crashed into hers he was so caught up with making love to her with his mouth, hoping she feel his sincerity he forgot the girls was standing there until he heard
"Illllllllllll yucky mommy got coodies now" and his princesses giggles and laughter.
"Daddy don't got coodies" he begin to chase them.
Meanwhile...... Lanae stood stuck and lost in her thoughts.

Wait did he just ask me to marry him, did I just say yes coming to realization of what just occurred she started jumping up and down and screaming happily. Winter and the girls look at her laughing.

"Just figuring it out huh baby" he couldn't hold his laughter.
"Yes omg what made you ask me?"
"I didn't expect it but I just know" he winked at her.

After going out to eat taking the girls to build-a-bear they was wiped out. Heading out the mall Lanae stopped she was such awe that it caught Winter attention.

Walking up behind her grabbing her waist, "you want it" he asked.

Not able to talk she shook her head up and down like a kid and a candy shop.

"Let's go" walking into the boutique Lanae ran to the dress that caught her attention. The dress was low and had a unique lace design, she never seen anything like it. She ran her fingers across it and smiled so hard, her facing dropping noticing the tag $5,789. Winter picked up on her mood change.

"Never mind let's just go" disappointment obviously written over her face. Winter grabbed her back asking what's wrong but she kept quiet. He checked the dress out seen the price. Calming his self before speaking.

"Lanae why do you keep worrying about money?"
Biting at her lip and putting her head down "I been out of work and even with work I cant afford that"
"You want the dress?"
"No"
"Are you lying to me now?" Winter voice raises a bit. Looking up Lanae knew she messed up.
"Yes I want the dress"
"You gonna get it, go try it on, and stop with that what you can't afford shit, your very wealthy" he said with a smirk. "And don't argue you me"

Though highly upset Lanae was always extremely happy. Rushing to find a associate she pointed out the dress and told her she would like to try it on. Extremely excited it was the perfect fit. She took it to the counter having Ezekiel card and paid for it. It seems her life was finally turning around she found love and happiness within herself and her daughters, gained another daughter and found her soulmate everything was perfect........ right????
