With both him and the Dread Doctors gone, there's nothing for them to worry about. Or so they think. What happens when a young child shows up claiming that someone had shot their parents? What happens when said kid just vanishes, but no one remembers anything? There is a new threat in town. They are called the Ghost Riders. They come by storm and take people.
