Ever since you joined Kakyoin on his journey to Egypt you know you were in love with him, your connection with him grew stronger and stronger each day.
This very night though was the fight where the stardust crusaders had to face Dio. You had a wounded arm with bandages wrapped around it. The chilling dark cold night had been taken over. You were sitting on the top of a building holding your wounded arm , with kakyoin by your side. Eventually Kakyoin confronted hself with Dio and volunteered to fight him
"Kakyoin dont- you screamed. You won't make it. You can't leave me. Dio is just way too strong!!" Your eyes filled up with tears as you said it
" I must (y/n), I need to do this to protect everyone and most importantly you. Id rather it be me than you fighting"
"Kakyoin please I beg you, wait a few more minutes and Jotaro will be here"
"The world can't wait any longer (y/n)" said Kakyoin he walked over to the ledge of the building, but before he went off he kissed you on the lips. "I'll be back"
He went over to go fight Dio.
"KAKYOIN!!!" you screamed with your soul
Him and Dio went into a full fight, then your dear Kakyoin did his final Emerald Splash. The entire sky lit up with green.
Then, Dio blocked his final attack, and Kakyoin went flying through the air
When you saw Kakyoins stomach get peirced with Dios attack your heart dropped. You ran with your life to where he was pinned against a wall.
When you found him his eyes were slightly open
"Kakyoin can you hear me!! Please tell me are you okay?!"
"(y/n) please forgive me. I wasn't strong enough. I broke my promise to you, I won't make it at this point"
"YES YOU WILL, you are strong, so please stay here with me" you screamed in fear
"(y/n)..." His lips pressed against yours one final time. His very last word was your name
Then his heart stopped.
You still had your hands intertwined with his and you wouldn't let go. Tears rolled down you cheeks and your head pressed against his chest.
Your love.. was gone.
