"What do you mean by lose who they are?"

"It's almost like mages nowadays but these people didn't make the choice themselves, dragons lost their hatchlings, were-creatures lost their second form, vampire lost their ability to drink, dwarfs couldn't get near metal, demons were burned by fire, angle couldn't fly, elves lost their advance hearing and sight and all lost their names, taken by the curse befalling them... All were cursed with immortality, no wound shall ever heal, the pain shall never numb, blood shall never stop flowing, no food or drinks shall quench their thirst or hunger, cursed to never rest in the night, these people cannot die by any means no matter the cost, sentenced to wander to mountains they pulled back to together and now are known as the nameless clan, sentenced to suffer for all eternity."

"And why do I need to know about this?"

"This curse isn't at the level of the curse that befell the guides, it is said the all mother shall free them when they lived down their punishment, she might not see it fit but that means you could possibly lift the curse on them as you are her daughter, that might convince them to join the war on our side for deliverance from the curse that keep you walking on this world."

I sat in my room thinking before grabbing my notebook and my pen from my bag.

'Nameless clan I call you to war, you are to help us overthrow the queen of the vampires and only the queen. I am a descendant of the deity that cursed your lives and plunged you into eternal agony. I shall call up on your aid with this note. If you answer to this call to war I shall deem your punishment fulfilled and will declare the curse lifted off of your shoulders.'

I ripped the page out and folded it.

I smirked, I had given the note to Nix with the orders to only sent out the eagle to go find the nameless when I order it too.

They had answered the called, looking up on the flying incarnation of death you could see what could be seen as living dead in cases, half of the face burned off, a hand missing or even one was without a head but still no one could die, suffering from everything and yet cursed to live among us.

I had new hope as the monstrous flying creatures whom once were eagles swooped down on the vampire wall, blasting through it and destroying everything in their way.

3ird person pov:

The battle raged on despite the vampires being cornered by Amata's armies and the undying one, no matter what happened, these warriors shall not fall to any means they had.

Soon the queen was taken prisoner by the undead and the vampire army was force to give in the arms and surrender, seeing how pointless the situation was.
The queen was detained and the vampires told to disband and lay low if they didn't wish for another, more devastating, attack, that was a bluff from Amata's part but she needed them under control until the old rule is established again in the capital.

Amata's pov:

I was sitting on a log while a man was using a saw to try to cut the prongs of this metal piece still stuck in my foot.

I looked up as a ghostly silence brushed over the celebrating people. The nameless had come.

I stood up, ignoring the metal prongs and stared at them like everyone else, they looked like half decomposed bodies and yet all were alive, even the headless man, blood was dripping off them as a river and yet the curse kept them here as promised.

"Our deed is done, the promise shall be fulfilled." A chocked voice said from what once was an angel but her neck was visibly broken and hanging at a cringy angle.

I slowly stepped closer and away from the people who had all backed away from the horde of half dead people and the one half dead dragon.

"I called you here to serve me to take the queen down." I said softly, almost a whisper but despite the wind and rain it was somehow clearly heard. "I promised I shall give you peace for your deeds... So... Nameless clan... From here on out your curse has been lifted and you shall stop wandering this world." I said loud clear, somehow knowing this was all that was needed to lift the curse.

The angel sighed softly with a smile as I watched their bodies slowly start to gain a white glow before only a bright white shape was left, as if the person was just a paper cut out in the shape of a person, the white glow didn't dim as it slow somewhat broke apart, white rose petals flying away in the wind up until nothing was left of them and the creature only on piece of paper which I picked up... It was the note I wrote with the words 'thank you' burned on it diagonally across my own text.

I smiled softly despite the atmosphere and held the paper to my chest before letting it go in the wind, watching it fly away after the white glowing rose petals, never to be seen again... Farewell nameless clan, luck shall be by your side in your next life.
