It took me more than two years to complete the tale of Undying Love. It's been my pride project, and no matter how much imperfect it has been, I loved every word of what I wrote for it. I get to finally write this part where I can happily call it 'complete'. I'm elated, and so very relieved.

When I first started it, I'd no idea in what direction the story would turn, and what twists I would include. (although there aren't many)

One day, I was just sitting idly after my first story, and I thought I wanted to write something good, something that was beyond a 'simple romance', something that wasn't immature.

From the very start, I was certain I wanted to include a more realistic topic to this story that everyone (at least every Indian) could relate to, and that's why I chose this theme. Did I manage to fulfill that 'more than just romance part'? Only you guys can tell. But it was a great experience writing it.

There were times I thought to delete it, and be done with 'writing' altogether. There were times I even struggled to put two sentences together, and struggled with writers' block many a times. Some were short lived, while some went on for months.

But during this all, I realized that with every stage, my writing improved, and I felt accomplished with every new chapter.

It was when I wrote the tenth chapter for it, (the one where Amit is introduced) I commended myself for the first time. That was the only chapter I liked in the story, and I thought 'Oh, yeah. What a great writer I am' lol. But jokes aside, this story wouldn't have seen its end if not for a few people who actually took that courageous step, and thought to read the very immature version of it.

I commend you all. You guys are so very generous, and brave. :D

I can't end this story without thanking a few people specifically. Since, I'm so bad at dedicating chapters; I'll mention all your names here. Bear with me while I rant.

LilaRose94– (I'm 100% sure you won't get the notification for it,  but...) I can't thank you enough for choosing to read my works. You were one of the first friends I made on Wattpad, and I can't believe you actually chose to read them, even though you had no idea about the subject I was writing on. So, thank you so much for being so awesome.

CrownedMadness– Remember, Maddy? We were talking on the Indian thread, and you had said you haven't read many Indian stories on here? I was so nervous when you'd said you would give my work a read. But I'm so glad you chose to read it. Thank you so very much for mentioning all those typos and mistakes, and for your feedback. It was after those, I started paying special attention to every proof read of mine.

DawnSpecter -You reading it was kind of unexpected tbh. And I can't be more grateful for that. Thank you so much for all your feedback, all your honest suggestions, and all your corrections on the wrong sentences in the form of in-line comments.

Juwelchen StuartCampbell5 ColoradoKid420 - I'm tagging you people for bearing with all my random questions about random phrases. Thank you guys for reading random paragraphs you'd no idea what they were about. Thanks for all the corrections. You guys are just the best!

I thank all those people of various book clubs who gave their valuable opinions. Last, but not the least, thank you (the one reading it) for choosing to read, even though you're just reading this author's note lol.

I'm done with all the 'thanks'. See you guys with another story I've no idea when I'll be starting. ;)
