LAURENCE's POV

"What the hell are you staring at Vergara?"

Nakangising tumingin sa akin si Matt and it's creepy. Napailing naman ito.

"Nah, I am just curious if you will become a father. Hahaha. I am imagining that you are changing diapers" natawa naman ito. I don't know why he suddenly mentioned it. But that thought made me smile.

I want to have children with Stephanie. Up until now, I have been wishing na may nabuo noon sa Singapore. I intentionally did it anyway without protection.

"You are imagining it too right? You are smiling"

I looked at Matt.

"Yeah." Sumandal ako sa upuan.

"STEPHANIE!" Natigilan ako nang marinig ang isang sigaw. Tila nilusob ng kaba ang dibdib ko.

I immediately got up and went out of our villa. There I saw one of my employees, Ms Mendoza, na mukhang na tuod sa kinatatayuan while looking at the other direction. Mabilis na bumaba ako sa hagdan.

Halos manlamig ang buo kong katawan nang sundan ko ang tinitingnan nito.

There I saw Shey, holding a gun while pointing at a body lying on the ground. Stephanie.

"Sh*t!"I heard Matt cursed beside me and immediately reloaded his gun.

"Stephanie!" Sigaw ko at mabilis na tumakbo papunta sa kinaroroonan nila.

Adrenaline rush. I don't know what to do. Ang alam ko lang sa mga oras na ito ay kailangan kong iligtas si Stephanie.

Mukhang nagulat si Shey sa pagsigaw namin ni Matt, tila nagpanic ang mukha nito at mabilis na kinalabit ang gatilyo at mabilis na pumutok. Tila bumagal ang oras dahil sa putok na iyon. I am scared. Para akong malalagutan ng hininga.

Matt shoots her at nagpalitan sila ng putok. Natamaan si Shey sa kamay dahilan para mabitawan nito ang baril. Pero hindi nito inalintana ang tama, it's like she's used to it. Shey immediately run out of the scene at saktong may kotse na dumaan sa tapat nito. Walang plaka ang kotse. This is planned.

Matt shoots the car at natamaan ang bintana nito. Another shot ang pinakawalan ni Matt pero mabilis na nakaliko ang sasakyan.

Halos manlamig ang buong katawan ko nang makita ang duguang katawan ni Stephanie. Mabilis kong hinawakan ang katawan nito. She's unconscious.

"I'll get the car" Matt said at mabilis na tumakbo. Hindi ko na maintindihan ang paligid. All I want is to immediately bring Stephanie to the hospital. Nanginginig ang kamay ko. I will kill her. I will kill that bitch. I don't care if her parents served us for years.

I didn't know that I was already crying. F*ck! If I hadn't left her, If I just stayed beside her, this would not happen.

"S-stephanie! Stephanie sweetheart, please answer me" tinapik tapik ko ang pisngi nito pero hindi ito nagigising.

"Stephanie! No, Stephanie! Please, answer me sweetheart. I'll bring you to the hospital! Just, just...hold on..please. I love you"

I am talking to her but she's not even responding and it's frustrating me. I hugged her tight. If God can hear me now, please don't take Stephanie away from me.

I will trade everything I have. Just not her. Just not my life.

I heard someone sobbed near me.

Ngayon lang ako natakot ng ganito sa buong buhay ko. Ngayon lang.

Isang sasakyan ang pumarada sa tapat namin at agad na bumaba doon si Matt.

He helped me bring Stephanie inside.
