148. Go Bulldogs! (Season 7, episode 6)
How badly does Christopher want to be cool? Too bad he's just not, no matter what Rory's college friends say. Trying to pretend that he's a good dad and that his relationship with Lorelai is in any way going to last or be taken seriously, Christopher attends parent's weekend at Yale and tries to buy Rory's friends' affections with some kind of fancy lunch. Also, Luke has a really bizzaro relationship with April's swim coach.
High points: Ummmm.... No one died?
Low points: We see right through Christopher's pathetic attempts at being cool, even if no one else does.
Best quote: I looked for a quote for this one. I really did. But this episode doesn't have many redeeming qualities. No quippy one-liners,no life lessons. Nothing. If anyone can help me out here and find something I would greatly appreciate it.
