102. Paris is Burning (Season 1, episode 11)
This episode is average and honestly just rather forgettable. In typical fashion, Lorelai is running away from how she feels, this time with Max. In a moment of weakness, she kisses Max in Rory's school and is caught by Paris, who tells everyone. The episode shows how Lorelai's relationship effects Rory, and to an extent, Emily as well. It's one of the first times Paris plays a prominent role too, which is fun,but it still doesn't make up for how forgettable this episode is.
High points: The story of Skippy, Lorelai's defective hamster, which actually is one of my favorite scenes in the whole show.
Low points: Plenty of immaturity to go around, seen in Lorelai, Paris,and as always, Rory
