53. Lost and Found (Season 2, episode 15)
Rory loses the bracelet that Dean made for her, and even though she promised Rory she would give him the benefit of the doubt, Lorelai is convinced (and with good reason) that Jess has stolen it. Jess comes over to clean the rain gutters, resulting in some classic Rory andJ ess interaction. But the highlight of the episode is when Jess and Luke go apartment hunting. Lorelai later decides to help him, and it makes the episode even better. Luke angrily goes out and buys the space next to the diner and decides to expand his apartment. It's a funny episode but it gets easily lost in the shuffle.
High points: Luke and Jess's conversation about what apartment they should buy, Luke losing it after finding out that the building belongs to Taylor
Low points: Rory is obviously not really into Dean any more, and her treatment of him is ridiculous.
