41. Tick Tick Tick Boom(Season 4, episode 18)
Cue the explosion! So many things have been set to blow in this episode, and of course it all comes to a head at the same time. Jason's father comes to dinner at the Gilmore house, and not only does he spill the beans about Lorelai and Jason, but he reveals that he's suing Richard's company. Back in Stars Hollow, Kirk lost over 50 Easter eggs because he didn't make a map, so now the entire town is beginning to smell like rotten eggs. Kirk goes crazy (literally) looking for the eggs, but thankfully Luke is there to save the day. The episode is full of drama, as Gilmore Girls often is, but it does the comedy well too, which is good, because this episode would be a bit intense, were it not for Kirk's rambling. It's a good episode though, and it sets up many of the life changing and dramatic plots that will be explored in the end of the season.
High points: Luke saves the day, Kirk acting like Kirk, drama for days!
Low points: Floyd is evil! But at least now we have a better appreciation for the things Jason has had to go through.
