Once I got back, I sat down by a fire. I saw Koba come over and he sat next to me. I looked at him as he sat down.
'Your father doesn't trust me now.' Koba signed. (HMMMM I WONDER WHY)
'You need to protect him. His love for humans... Makes him blind.' He signed.
I nodded. 'I know...' I signed back.
'As long as they are here... I fear for Caesar's life.' He signed.
We sat in silence for a bit.
"Carla." I heard him speak.
My head perked up at her name.
'You like her?' Koba signed.
'Ew! Not like that! That'll just be weird!' I signed back. Do I like her?
(A/N: Keep in mind I was still concidering the romance when I was still writing this)
'Don't get too attached to her. She is a human after all.' Koba signed.
'I won't.' I signed.
'Good. You won't want to end up like your father.' Koba signed. He patter my shoulder, got up, and left.
