Chapter 26. Human Music

                    Narrarator POV
     Carla was looking through her bag, bored out of her mind. 'How do these apes live?' She thought.
     She opened one of the pockets in her bag and saw an old folder. It was labeled as Music Folder. 'I remember this!' She thought as a small smile made its way onto her face. 
     She looked around her bag for her Ukelele. She tuned it as best as she could and flipped through many pages of sheet music.
     She kept on looking through until she found one.

     Meanwhile with the apes, Caesar and everyone else headed back for their meal time.
     Caesar turned to his son. Blue Eyes looked up at him.
     'Go get Carla. Tell her it's time to eat.' Caesar signed to him.
     'Yes, father.'  Blue Eyes signed back. He went towards the hut that Carla was staying in.
     He walked in and saw that Carla had a strange object in her hands. He hoped it didn't do any harm.
     Carla looked up and saw Blue Eyes.
     "Oh. Hey, Blue!" She said and smiled.
     "Hi." Blue Eyes said.
     "Is there something you need?" She asked.
     "Father sent me." Blue Eyes said.
     "Oh. For what?" Carla asked.
     "Eat." Blue Eyes said.
     Carla got the message and nodded.
     "What that?" Blue Eyes asked, pointing to her Ukelele.
     "Oh this? This is what's called a Ukelele. It's a musical instrument." Carla explained.
     "To make. Human music?" Blue Eyes questioned.
     Carla smiled and nodded.
     "Yup!" She said.
     "Can I hear. Human music?" Blue Eyes asked.
     "Sure!" Carla said and smiled. She pulled out a piece of sheet music.
     She cleared her throat and got into playing position.
     She played and sang "Fix You" by Coldplay. (Idk XD)
    

     Blue Eyes sat in awe and wonder. How could such a destructive species create something so beautiful?

     Carla eventually finished and smiled to herself.
     "So. What'd you think?" She asked.
     "Very good." Blue Eyes said.
     "Thanks." She said and smiled.
     Her stomach started to rumble.
     "Ah. Right on time." She said. She put her stuff away and walked out, Blue Eyes trailing behind her.
