Chapter 34

"Five minutes until he comes back."

"Five?!" Everyone exclaimed.

"We can't fight them alone. We, we need help." Cho said as Neville was looking out of a window.

"Looks like we already got it." He said and turned around so that he was facing everyone else. Behind him, through the window; a bunch of people were creeping up from the entrance that connects with Hogsmead.

They had their wands ready and looked as if they wanted to fight. They must have heard Lucius Malfoy's voice.

First, Fred stripped off his death eaters costume. Under he was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt. Then, he quickly ran upstairs to an open window where the Hogsmead people would be able to see him. He waved their arms and caught their attention.

They looked up and he motioned for them to be quiet. He waved his arms as if ushering them to get into the school using a back entrance where the death eaters wouldn't see them.

One of them, an old man at the age of about 40 with black hair put his thumbs up. Fred couldn't help but chuckle. The group of people from Hogsmead ran around the side of the castle.

Fred ran back downstairs to where everyone else was. He shut the curtains and doors using magic. "The people from Hogsmead are going to go through a door in the back, I need someone to take the shield off of that part until they come in." Fred said. Professor McGonigall nodded and moved towards the entrance that the residents of Hogsmead would enter in.

"Now, let me wake up Draco and no more hexing him." Fred said with a wink and Fleur blushed furiously, making Hermione and Bill scowl. He splashed water onto Draco's face, making him awake with a jolt.

"Wha?"

"Get up Malfoy!" Fred said, pulling Draco to his feet. "Now," Fred said, addressing everyone, "he's coming back soon so we need to fight. If anyone doesn't think they can fight. Go to the room of requirement and switch places with Padma and Parvati." Everyone looked around, no one was switching, they all wanted to fight.

"Good. Now, the shield may not be able to last for long so we each need to get prepared and separate into groups of two and guard the entrances." Everyone nodded, for some reason they were all listening to Fred.

Just then, McGonigall came back with everyone from Hogsmead. "They want to help us fight." McGonigall said.

"Then they will do just that. Unless someone thinks they can't fight very good, then you can go to the room of requirement and help watch four babies." A twelve year old girl stepped forward, along with a twenty two year old man who had an injured leg.

"We can watch them." The boy said. Fred nodded.

"Cho, take them to the room, and then bring Padma and Parvati, be quick we only have" he glanced at his watch and gasped "two minutes before he comes back."

"I have a question," Luna said "how-"

"LUNA!" Someone from the crowd called out. Xenopholious Lovegood came stumbling forward to his daughter, tears in his blue eyes.

"Daddy!" She called and went forward to hug him. "Are you okay?"

"Yes I stayed with the nice family that had the children who went to help with the babies. I'm so glad your alive! I was terribly worried." He said.

Luna had tears of joy and relief rolling down her cheeks as she hugged her father.

"So," said a woman from the crowd "I think you were going to ask how we knew. Well, we heard Lucius' voice and there were Death eaters patrolling Hogsmead so we stunned them and escaped to help you all. Xenopholius stayed with us." She said. So she was the mother of the two kids who opted out of fighting. "This is my husband," she ushered to the old man who gave Fred the thumbs up "and this is my fifteen year old daughter Sadie." She ushered to a black haired girl who Hermione remembered was in Ravenclaw.

"Are there any others here who are under the age of seventeen?" Seamus asked. Four people stepped forward. A dark skinned girl with dreadlocks who looked about 13. A dark haired boy with blue eyes who looked 16. A blonde girl with freckles and green eyes who looked 9 and brunette boy who was about 14.

"Go to the room of requirement-"

"No." Said the blonde girl. "We are fighting-"

"I am back. Stronger than before. Better than before. Deadlier then before. I seek to kill everyone who doubted me, and I will succeed." Voldemort's voice said all around. Everyone gasped, a few people gave tiny squeaks of terror.

Cho came running down to everyone with Padma, Parvati and a few others. "Look!" She said. With her was some fellow Hogwarts students; Lee Jordan, Hannah Abbot, Angelina Johnson, Katie Bell, Alicia Spinnet, Corman McLaggen, and about seven others.

"FRED!" Lee, Angelina, Alicia and Katie ran up to Fred and hugged him. Angelina gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Woah." Hermione said as she stepped in from of them. "We're together."

"Oh." Angelina said and stepped back, eyeing Hermione.

"Okay guys," Fred said. "Ready to fight?" They all nodded. "Everyone, split into twos and cover an entrance."

"What about Ron and Harry? And Ginny?" Hermione asked.

"I'll get them!" Charlie said.

"Me too!" Bill said.

"No Bill! Pleaze do not go!" Fleur begged Bill.

"I have to." He kissed her on the lips. "Bye mum, dad." Charlie and Bill went to their parents and hugged them, then nodded to Percy and Fred.

"Okay, group together." Hermione walked over to Fred.

"No Mia, they are going to look for Malfoy and I because we betrayed them. You go with Fleur."

"But, but, but-" Hermione stammered but was interrupted by Fred's lips crashing on hers.

"I love you Mia. See you soon." He said once he broke the kiss. Fred brought Fleur over to Hermione.

"Letz go." Fleur said, Hermione nodded, tears stinging her eyes. She wouldn't cry. Not know. She had to be strong and survive, for Fred, for her children.
