"Hey, boss, mind if I see the file on Joseph?"
My boss handed me the file and began typing away on his computer. I took the file to my office and sat in the chair. I leaned back and scanned my eyes over the words, written in bold, small print.

Where the heck are all these crazies coming from? First, Tyler and then Harley.
By now, I was sitting up in my seat. They think this guy would be better fit in an Asylum. From our surveillance cameras, he has decent behavior and has not acted out against other inmates. It must be something deeper.
And the words at the bottom! What do they mean by, 'This file is meant for authority over our police officers.'
They always let the officers read the files on the inmates. Is there something more to it? And why did the boss let me see this if this was written on it? He must have not seen it yet. He doesn't need to see it just yet. Let me do my research on this kid first.
I hid the file in a drawer, then locked it. I quickly scurried out my office and took my place guarding the hall across from the cells.
