you hadn't seen scott in months. you went away for college and you were finally back for break. you two managed to stay together the whole time which you were thankful for. you prepared dinner for the both of you so you could catch up over food. you were currently talking about all of the new people you met at college when scott interrupted you. "i want to marry you." you almost choked on your spaghetti. "you w-what?" "i said i want to marry you. y/n i'm so in love with you and i want to spend the rest of my life with you." he knelt down and pulled out a beautiful ring. "i know you feel the same way so why not? marry me?" your smile was so wide you were scared your jaw would break. "yes!" scott picked you up and spun you around.
