July, 14 weeks pregnant
Austin was getting Lelia's bag ready to take with us because today we were going down to the doctors office and Austin and Alex were getting their blood tested to find out who the baby daddy is. Our parents still don't know I'm pregnant again because I wanna figure out who's the dad first so I have everything straight.
"Austin are you ready?" I asked
"Yeah I really don't wanna see Alex"
"Your gonna have to make friends with him eventually" I said
"No I don't especially if this is his baby I will never talk to him again" he said
"Oh please Austin we all know you'll talk to him again" I said getting Lelia in her car seat
"No I will not because that's complete betrayal of our friendship" He said
"Well I don't know what to think but im gonna decide what I'm doing once I find out"
"Your gonna go live with Alex"
"Austin I don't know what I'm gonna do"
When I pulled up to the place I already saw Alex's black Range Rover parked in the lot. He was still sitting in his car on his phone and when he saw me pull up he got out of his car.
"Hey guys" He said
"Hey Alex are you prepared?"
"Yeah we gonna find out who's the daddy of this baby"
"Yes we are" I said
Lelia started crying on the way inside and Austin started to rock her and lay her down on his shoulder and she instantly fell asleep. She loved her daddy.
"So we're going to just take some blood samples and then we'll send them off to the lab. Scarlet you can come back to another room and we're gonna stick a needle in to the amniotic sack and test it" The nurse said
"Oh god that sounds like it's gonna hurt" I said
"Wait until I'm done and I'll come in their with Lelia" Austin said
"I'll come to" Alex said
It wasn't exactly the family picture I pictured but I had Austin on one side holding my hand and he had Lelia in his arms and Alex was holding my other hand. It's like they were fighting for me and to be my baby daddy but that's not what I wanted I should have never slept with Alex in the first place and we wouldn't be in this mess right now.
"I'll call you in a few days with the results" The doctor said
"Okay have a good day" I said
"Scarlet you wanna come back to my place for dinner?" He asked
"She can't she's a mom" Austin said handing me Lelia
"Sorry Alex I don't know what his problem is I'll text you"
"Yeah it's fine" He said
"Austin that was awfully rude" I said buckling my belt
"I don't give a fuck Alex can go fuck himself he's trying to steal my girl" He said angry
"Austin first stop swearing your daughter is in the backseat, you don't have to be so rude to him even about what happened it's not his fault"
"Who's fault is it then!" He yelled
"Yours Austin if you didn't accidentally or whatever the hell happened and kissed my cousins ex but it's done okay it's your fault if that shit didn't happen I wouldn't have even slept with Alex" I said
After I said that the car was pretty silent until we got home. Lelia fell asleep and I carried her inside because Austin went inside all huffy and puffy about what I told him but I was just being honest. If he never did that shit then we wouldn't be in this situation.
When I got inside my dad was sitting in the living room and he gave me a look about Austins behavior and I just shook my head. I put Lelia down on the couch gently trying to make sure she still stays asleep because it's past her nap time.
"What is up with him?" He asked
"He's all mad about something that happened he's fighting with Alex their not friends anymore and you know how he supposedly cheated but says he didn't, well I told him that it was basically his fault and he got all mad"
"Is he mad that your pregnant again to because I'm mad" He said catching me off guard
"Huh?" I said
"Your pregnant again aren't you" he asked
"How would you even know that dad"
"Because your getting that Lelia bump again" He said
"Okay fine I am and that's why I was at the doctors and that's why Austin is mad at Alex I don't know who the father is because after Austin cheated me and Alex hooked up" I said
"Wow when are you gonna find out"
"This week she's gonna call me in a couple days"
"I'm disappointed" He said
"Yeah I figured that" I said looking down at the floor
"But I love you and Lelia and Austin and your unborn baby"
"I know you do dad"
"I'll always be here for you Lelia will always be here for you and that baby inside you will always be here for you" He said coming over to hug me
"Thanks dad I knew I could always count on you"
"You always can and so can Max and Levi, Lelia and this baby" He said kissing my head
My dad went upstairs and I was alone with Lelia sleeping on the couch. Everyone was doing their own thing and I felt alone but I wasn't I had my daughter and baby inside me I was far from alone.
