Lauren walks into the studio with her head hung low as she nervously fidgeted with the keys in her hand. She walked towards the small group of people that were gathered around the piano "hi guys." She greeted shyly.
"Aw look what the cat dragged in. A pile of trash." Her ex girlfriend Y/N bites.
Lauren hung her head lower as she felt tears prick at her eyes. Since her and Y/N broke up three months Y/N has been nothing but mean to her. Picking out her flaws. Calling her names. Just being absolutely awful towards her for no reason.
You're probably wondering why they broke up. Well you see LA Reid though it would be a good idea to make Lauren fake date Luke Hemmings from 5sos but, Lauren denied because she didn't feel right about dating someone by Y/N back. LA didn't care and he had Camila text Y/N and tell her about Lauren and Luke dating. When Y/N found out she freaked out and went off on Lauren. Lauren tried to explain everything to her but Y/N wouldn't listen to her, she completely shut her out and broke up.
Lauren wiped her eyes before placing a blank expression on her face "so what are we recording today?" She asked plainly. "We're recording Scared Of Happy," Y/N states "you and your weak vocals are up first." She bites. Lauren's frown deepens as she stepped in the booth. Here goes nothing.
While Lauren was singing Y/N would boo her and tell her how bad she was and that she has no talent. Lauren was growing frustrated and couldn't focus on anything.
"Guys we may need someone to do two parts because it looks like Lauren's weak voice can't handle this song." Y/N jabs.
Tears ran down the Latina's cheek as she left the booth. Lauren has honestly never felt so bad about her singing as she does right now. Without saying anything Lauren packed up her things and left. She wasn't going to sit around and let Y/N just keep picking on her. She was over it.

It's Saturday and Dinah invited Lauren out to dinner with her and Normani. Of course Lauren agreed because she honestly missed her two best friends.
Arriving at the restaurant Lauren was led to a table in the back. Unfortunately the excitement she had was completely gone when she saw Y/N and Camila sitting at the table.
"Who invited the whore?" Y/N asked with disgust causing Dinah to glare at her "one watch your mouth. Two I did because I wanted to see her before she leaves." She answered with a shrug. Y/N rolls her eyes but calmed down when Camila placed her hand in hers. Y/N smiles at the brunette and kissed her cheek softly.
Seeing how close Y/N and Camila were broke Lauren's heart. She just didn't understand how Y/N could move on so fast. It didn't make any sense to her. "So Lo how are things?" Normani asked curiously. Before she could answer Y/N spoke up "yeah Lo cheat on any girlfriends lately. I mean you are a slut that's what your kind does." She bites harshly. Lauren blink back the tears in her eyes but shook her head "uh things have been fine. They could be better through." She spoke quietly.
"Aw is everyone in Miami getting tired of you hoeish ways?" Y/N fake pouted making Camila snicker.
Lauren wanted to burst into tears but kept her composure and decided to ignore Y/N's obvious jab at her "so DJ how are things with you and Mani?" She asked curiously. Dinah smiles widely "great! Look what she brought me!" She squeals as she showed everyone the boomer jacket that Normani brought her. Everyone awed as they complimented her jacket.
Fifteen minutes passed before their food came out. Y/N glanced over at Lauren and saw that she got a cheeseburger and fries "Lauren don't you think you should cut down on the fried food? I mean you're already fat you don't need to add more." She snickers. Lauren glanced down at her stomach and just sighed as she pushed her plate away before getting up and leaving without saying goodbye to anyone.
