Laurens P.O.V:
The silence of the library was comforting as I brush my fingertips against the books I was walking by. I turn the corner to find a sign that had the words 'Astronomy' on it and my curiosity took control. I look down the aisle to find a girl around my age, sitting on the ground reading one of the books on the shelf with her earbuds in. I take in her features but soon stop myself and start to look for a book.
After a few minutes of searching a cute giggle rips my eyes away from the shelves and straight at her. She is smiling at her phone and shaking her head, she suddenly looks up and blushes in embarrassment.
"Sorry, my music just made me laugh." she whispers innocently. I raise an eyebrow at her answer and she realizes what she said sounded crazy.
"I mean that as a funny coincidence way." she whispers with a giggle and I smile at her.
"What are you listening to?" I ask and sit myself next to her. She suddenly hands me a earbud and stops the song, I give her a confused look but put in the earbud anyways. I watch as she restarts the song and turn off her phone, suddenly music starts to play.

I'm in complete awe from what I heard and look over to see the mystery girl smiling at me. I feel my stomach twist in ways I didn't think were possible and I blush slightly.
"That's why I was laughing, I'm reading a book about stars while the song called 'stars' starts to play" she says and I giggle at her answer, suddenly her phone vibrates and she looks down at the object.
"I gotta go, but it was really nice meeting you lauren" She says as she gets up, I look at her confused again.
"How do you know my name?" I ask, she giggles and gives me a 'really?' look, realization hits me and I facepalm.
"Oh right, I'm in a band" She laughs and smiles at me, she goes go turn but I stop her.
"Wait! Can I have your number" she blush but nods anyways.
We exchange numbers and soon she was gone. I start to put in her contact info until I realized I didn't get her name. Faceplaming at my stupidity I suddenly felt my phone vibrate.
"The names Y/n by the way ;)"
I giggle and sigh with relief, I put in her info and put her ringtone to something I would recognize.
When I walk out of the library my phone goes off.
"You spoke a word and life began..."
I smile and know exactly who it was.
