Momma's boy

*Disclaimer: the next one/ two chapters will be the last time they're in school. Or anything involving school. That also means I'll be skipping a couple weeks*
--Next day--
Cammie pov:
"Sweetie wake up" I hear and I open my eyes slowly to see ally hills at the edge of my bed. "So we have a busy day today" she says and stands up. "What is today?" I ask and she shakes her head in disappointment. "Today's Shannons baby shower" she says and I physically slap myself in the head. "I totally forgot about that. Why at you here instead of my girlfriend?" I ask and she chuckles a bit. "I sent her out on a adventure with Stevie and Mark because I told them to go baby shopping" she says. "I wanted to go shopping with her. Why did Stevie have to go?" I ask and she shrugs. "Because you're her girlfriend and I'm her best friend so we have to surprise her together so she's happy. She told me about yesterday and she's doing the right thing" she says and I give her a weak smile. "Yeah I know" I say and she comes to sit next to me. "When you leave, Stevie leaves with you. I'm staying here with Shannon cause I can. But just know that she's only doing what's best. She loves you a lot. If you love her you'll learn to let go, even if it's gonna leave you heartbroken" she says and gives me a small smile. "I see why you're Shannon best friend. I'll make the last few months last and I'll leave. How are doing with Stevie?" I ask and she shrugs her shoulders. "We were talking last night about her leaving to Pittsburgh with you. We talked about having a long distance relationship but I told her it'll just stop each other from living our lives. So when we finish high school, it's over between us" she says to me and I can hear the pain in her voice. "Well is she gonna be here when shan gives birth?" I ask and she shakes her head no. "She's going to the campus early. She said it would be too hard to see me" she says and I nod. "Well once he's out, I have to leave. I told her I'll be there when she gave birth to Aiden, so I will. But we promised each other we'll be together till then" I say. We finish talking about our relationship and started getting the stuff ready for the baby shower.

Shannon pov:
"I am not letting my baby wear that!" I tell Stevie as she holds up little ripped jeans. "Why? He'll look like his mama" she says and puts them back. "Awww let's get them" Mark says and I give him a death glare. "Ha. I was just kidding. Ummm. look at that cute bib" he says and walks towards baby bibs. "Isn't he scared of you?" Stevie comes up to me laughing. "Well I'm the one pushing our baby out of me so if I say no, I mean it" I say and Stevie laughs. "You're emotions are a bit scary" she says and I sigh. "I'm sorry. What happened yesterday is stressing me out. I don't want to let her go" I say and she puts a arm around me. "Life sucks. But we learn from our past and what you're doing is a good decision for the both of you" Stevie says as we go over to Mark. He smiles at the both of us and shows us this cute little bib that says momma's boy. " can we get this?" He asked and I nod. "I really hope he gets your eyes. Blue eyes gets all the girls" he says and we laugh at him. "Well he'll be a badass looking kid. Have you guys seen yourself? Damn I would want you guys to make my kid" Stevie says and I playfully shove her shoulder. "Ughhh I'm hungry" I say and Mark looks at me. He bends down in front of my stomach and puts his hand on it. "Baby Aiden, are you hungry? Do you want McDonald's cause I'm craving McDonald's" he says and stands up. I find it cute that he's so excited to have a kid. I look over at Stevie who has a huge smile on her face. "Fuckin Mark. You're making me want a baby" she says and then does the same thing as what Mark did. "When I come back in four years I swear I'll be here for you bud. You're gonna be a fuckboi at the age of four" she says and we laugh. I feel a little kick from my stomach and that's the first time he's ever done that. "Okay guys I think Aiden wants food. The little guy just kicked me" I say and they laugh. "Okay before we eat, we need to get you bigger clothes. You can't wear marks shirts forever" Stevie says and mark nods in agreement. "Fine" I say as we walk towards the maternity aisle.

We're done shopping and now we're in a McDonald's eating some breakfast. I get my phone out of my back pocket to see that I got some texts from Cammie.
Cambam😍💘:
C: Morning beautiful.
C: I miss you.
C: and love you❤️ A LOT.
C: Hope to see you soon😘
I smile at all the messages. Then decide to call her.
S: hey baby.
C: hi. What are you doing?
S: Well were eating right now. Just finished getting some baby clothes and some essentials.
C: Awww that sounds fun. Ughhh why didn't you wake me up?
S: Because ally woke me up. Pulled me out of bed. Into Stevie's car. And now I'm here.
C: haha. I didn't know she did that. Well okay babe. I gotta go. I love you.
S: I love you too. Bye.
I hung up and mark comes to the table with our food. He hands me mine and like five minutes later, it's all gone. I look at Mark and Stevie who only ate like 1/4 of their food. "Well I'm gonna get some ice cream" I say signaling Mark to scoot out so I can get through. "No shan, I'll get it" he says and stands up to get it. "Ughhh he's spoiling me" I say and Stevie laughs. "If I got you pregnant then I would too. He's a sweet guy" she says and I nod. Mark comes back with a sundae, a ice cream cone, and a milkshake. "So I forgot to ask what you wanted specifically so I got you some of your favorites" he says and puts them all down. "Thank you mark. You're the best" I say and hug him from the side. "Well you're carrying our baby, it's the least I can do" he says and smiles at me. "So is Aiden taking your last name or mine?" I ask and he shrugs. "I don't know. He could have yours" he says and I shake my head no. "I already came up with his name. It's fair if he has yours" I say and he also shakes his head. "What if he takes your last name and I can come up with his middle name? I want him to have Beveridge. It sounds cool" he says and I smile. "Okay then. Aiden something Beveridge. What do you want his middle name to be?" I ask and he gives me a smile. "I tell you when he comes out. You'll love it" he says. "Okay. Can you guys drop me off home? I haven't seen my mom in a while" I say and they both say yes. We get up and we leave McDonald's

When we reach my house I get out then grab some bags but Mark just takes them away. "I hate you" I say and he laughs. "Love you too" he says and gets more bags. I got inside to see a lot of boxes on the floor. "Mom!?!?" I yell and I hear something drop in the kitchen. I run to the kitchen to see my mom packing more boxes. "What are you doing?" I ask and she looks at me. "Packing" she says it like nothing is happening. "Why are you packing?" I ask and she stops from what she was doing. "Because your father paid for half of this house. I can't afford this house on my own. Plus you're moving on with your life and I don't want to live in this big house alone" she says and I look down. "I know it's gonna be hard to move out of this house but we need to do this" she adds and hugs me. "Okay mom. Do you need help?" I ask while pulling away from the hug. "No, it's fine. We got a couple weeks left here. But theres more boxes in the backyard, can you get them for me?" She asks and I nod. I walk to the back and once I opened the door I see balloons and decorations everywhere. "SURPRISE!!" I get scared as all my friends and some of my relatives jump out of nowhere. "Oh my god. You guys almost gave me a heart attack" I say and they all laugh. "What's this for?" I add. "It's your baby shower you idiot" ally says and I go and hug her. "You're the best" I say and Cammie comes up to us. "Hi baby" she says and kisses my cheek. "Hi" I say and look at her. "Something wrong?" She asks. "I'll tell you later. Let's just have fun" I say and pull her by our friends.

Cammie pov:
So currently everyone is playing this game which is whoever could clean the "poop" off the toy baby first and put the diaper on wins. They're all working in pairs and I'm just watching Shannon and ally struggle. The timer rings and they all lift their hands. Shannons mom is our judge and looks at everyone's baby. She picks up Shannon and ally's and I lost it. "How did you guys do this?" Deb says as she's holding a baby with a diaper around its head and the poop pudding smeared all over its body. "She wouldn't wipe it" ally says and we're all laughing. "No you wanted to lick it off the baby, you sicko. I swear if that's how you're gonna be with my baby, you're not coming near him" Shannon says and ally punches her. "I'm not gonna lick shit off your baby ass" ally says. "Well what happened to the diaper?" Deb asks. "Well we didn't want to get it dirty so we put it on it's head" ally says and deb puts the baby down. "You guys have hands for a reason" deb says and they laugh. "But they're dirty" Shan and ally say in sync like 5 year olds. "Ugghhh whatever. Well you guys obviously lose. I think Rose and Rosie wins" deb says. Shannon walks over to me with pudding all over her face. "You look like you just ate ass" I chuckle and she smiles at me. "That sounds good right now" she says and smirks at me. "You're disgusting" I say and try walk away but she grabs my hand. "Don't leave me. I love you" she says in a baby voice and I can't help but find it so adorable. "Aww I love you too" I get closer to her face and give her a small peck. "I can't believe he's coming out soon" she says as she rubs her stomach. "I know. He's gonna be one heck of a fuckboi" I say and she playfully pushes me. "I want him to be sweet. There's no way in hell he's gonna turn out like that" she says it seriously and I find it a bit hot. Then I remember something was bothering her earlier. "Hey can we go somewhere quiet?" I ask and she pulls me into her room. "What's up?" She asks as she sits at her desk. "What was wrong with you earlier?" I ask sincerely. "Well it's just the fact that my home, isn't gonna be home in a couple weeks and I don't want to live with my mom forever..." she stops and I walk over to her. I hold her hands to reassure it's okay to continue. "Ummm well I want to move to LA" she says and my heart breaks a little cause I'm gonna be a further away from her when I move to Pittsburgh. "That's great" I say with a little enthusiasm. "You suck at lying. I know we'll be far from each other. Not even together. But just know I'll always be in love with you. Even when you find love with another person, you'll always have a special place in my heart" she says and hugs me. "You wanna cuddle?" She whispers in my ear. I nod as she carries me to her bed and sets me down gently. She secures me in her arms like if she were to let go I'll be gone. I lie in the crook of her neck as I slowly breathe. "You know there's people partying downstairs for you" I say and she chuckles. "I'm pregnant. I could do whatever I want" she says and I laugh a little. "Yeah you're getting bigger" I say. "Oh shit. I haven't noticed" she says in a sarcastic tone while looking at the ceiling. "I'm tired" she adds and closes her eyes. "Now it's your turn to close your eyes" she says as I continue to stare. "You're so pretty. I don't want to ruin this moment" I say and kiss her lips. "Mhmmm I love you" she says and I can't help but feel lost in this feeling. "I love you more" I say and cuddle back into her watching out for her baby bump. Shannon starts to breathe slower which tells me she fell asleep. I look at her and wonder how she will still love me after four years of not being together. How she's gonna be waiting for me even if I find love again. Well we're just gonna have to see what happens in four years. All I know right now, is that I'm insanely in love with this girl and that it's gonna be a hell of a ride to let her go.
