Aiden?

-next weekend-
Cammie pov:
"I like the name Aiden" Shannon says while we're sitting on her bed. "I love that name. What are you gonna name the child if it's a girl?" I ask and she starts to ponder again. "Mhmm, what if we name her? I don't know yet" she says and just stared into blank space. "What are you thinking of?" I ask and she shrugs. "How am I gonna tell my parents that I'm pregnant? They're not gonna let me party after this" she says and I chuckle a little. "Neither is Mark or me. If I want to be a parent I have to sacrifice the things I love. Even if I could never get drunk again" I say and she smiles. "You're nice. But you and Ethan are like Mark and I back up parents. Like if we get sick than you guys come in. Or if we need to do something than we'll call you guys" she says and looks down at her fingers. "How am I and Mark gonna raise a child if we live apart?" She asks. "You guys could always live together" I suggest and she shakes her head no. "I wanted my first apartment to be with you or ally. Maybe we can... I don't know" she sounds so stressed. I run her back and interlock our hands. "Shannon, please look at me" she picks her head up. "We'll all figure this out once we get this sorted with our families. Everyone will be here for you no matter what. Let's just calm down" I say and she closes her eyes while I continue to run my hand up and down her back. "Okay" is all she says. "Tell me why all our parents are coming to dinner?" I say and she chuckles. "Well our friends is our family and our parents would be mad if we didn't tell them. They're very interested in our lives. Plus yours and Stevie's are a new addition to our weird gang" she says and smiles at me. "So this is not the first time you guys had a family dinner like this?" I asked because I'm very intrigued. "Oh no. We had a lot of family get together. We had one for all of our 16th birthdays. When we announced Ally was gay because she couldn't do it alone but she ended up texting it to her mom while we were eating. My favorite one was when we had a celebration for Vanessa's new clothing line and our parents let us drink for the first time. That ended very badly" she says and we both laugh. "Well I hope our parents get along" I say and she kisses my cheek. "They will get along just fine" she says and kisses my lips.

It's 4 in the afternoon now and all of us are getting Shannons backyard ready for our families. "Are you ready Shan?" I overhear Mark ask Shannon. "Ummm kinda. It's scary but we gotta tell them anyways. My stomach is getting bigger" I hear Shannon say. "Are you gonna tell them that other thing?" He asks. "Maybe. They should all know what we've been hiding this whole week. It would be selfish of us if we didn't" she says and he laughs. "They were gonna find out sooner or later anyways" he says. Are they together? I think to myself. I turn around and see them hugging for a long time. "I love you Mark" Shan says. "I love you too Shan. Can't believe we're gonna be a real family" he says and they let go. "Me either. We should get back to work or they'll suspect something" Shannon says and I see them walking towards the tables. What the hell just happened?  I ask to myself. "Hey babe, you alright?" I hear Shannon say and I shake my head coming back to reality. "I'm good. Sorry just thinking a bit" I give her a fake smile and I could tell she knows I'm lying. "Were you spying on Mark and I?" She asks and I feel my face heat up. "Ummm no... maybe. Yes. I'm Sorry" I say and look down at my feet. "Whatever you heard, that's all for our surprise. Don't worry it'll all be over by tonight" she says and kisses me. "Also whatever you're thinking in that beautiful mind of yours, it's not what you think" she adds and walks away from me. Damn that she makes me just want to jump on her and attack her face. Just wait till tonight Cammie cause it'll all be over. After I'm done talking to myself I go back and help the others set up.

Shannon pov:
Well all of our parents are showing up and I could feel my hands getting more clammy as they enter the house and sit in my backyard. They have no idea what we're about to them, we just told them it was a Christmas party for the new addition to our family. I see Cammie's parents but she's not with them. "Hi Mr and Mrs. Scott, where's Cammie?" I ask and they hug me. "She's still getting ready with Stevie" her mom says and I just nod. "Would you guys like to meet everyone?" I ask and they both nod. I walk them through the backyard introducing them to all the parents and when we get to my parents they stop and talk to each other. "Hi we're Cammie parents. You must be Shannon parents" mrs. Scott says. "Nice to meet you guys. Welcome..." they continue talking as I lose my focus when I see my beautiful girlfriend walk into the backyard. She's wearing a pretty white dress, her hair is curled a little, and she's wearing some black heels. She walks towards me as I'm feel my mouth get dry as she comes closer. "Babe, keep your mouth closed. We don't want flys flying in there" she says and I close my mouth. "I didn't even know I still had a jaw after I saw you. Wow you're beautiful" I say and she's smiles. "Why thank you. But have you looked in a mirror lately. You're really pretty" she says and kisses my cheek. "You guys are too adorable. The honeymoon stage of a relationship is the best" Cammie mother says. "Tell me about it" my mom says and then they continue talking. "Wow you're beautiful" I say again while I turn to check Cammie out again. "Stop Shan" she says and her cheeks turn red. "Awwww someone doesn't like being complimented" I say and hug her tightly. "I love you" I add and she hugs me tighter. "I love you more" she says and we pull away. "Let's go and find our friends because we all need to talk" I say and pull her towards our friends. "Our MVP for tonight just arrived" ally says and I punch her. "Shut up, I'm nervous. I don't know how to say it without me getting all choked up" I say and I feel cam interlock our hands. "Don't worry dude, you got this" Vanessa says and comes to hug me. "Yeah we'll always be here" Danny says and also hugs me. Then I feel everyone come and join a group hug and I feel tears fall from my eyes. "I hate you guys" I say and they let go. "Babe your makeup is running" cam says and wipe under my eyes. "Sorry I couldn't help it" I say. "You're so emotional" she says and kisses my cheeks. "It's probably cause this thing is doing this to me" I say while pointing at my stomach. "No it's because you're sensitive and you cry when something makes you really happy. Aww are we making you happy?" Rosie asks. "Pshhh no. You guys are a pain in the ass. But I love you all" I say and they smile at me. "You love me the most though, right?" Ally says and I laugh. "Look dinner is ready" I say and walk away. "I see how it is" I hear ally say from behind me. I turn around and put my arm around her. "You come right after cammie. But I love you more than the others" I whisper in her ear. "I thought so" she says and pushes me away. "Okay everyone, hold hands and ally will begin the prayers" ally mom says and I her ally sigh. We gather hands and bow our heads. "Thank you for bringing our family together once again. Thank you for giving us two new families to join our weird clan. Thank you for the food and all the loved one gathered here today. Let us all go home safely. Amen" ally finishes and starts to dig in. "Allison hills slow down" Mr. Hills says and we all laugh. "Sorry" she says with a mouth full of food. "Idiot" Rose whispers under her breath. "I heard that you British snob" ally says back and they continue until both Rosie and Stevie punch them. "Say sorry" Stevie says to ally. "She started it" ally says and Stevie slaps her again. "I'm sorry rose" ally says and looks at Rose. "I'm sorry too ally" Rose says and they both smile at each other. "Weirdos" Mark dad says and we all laugh.
