Purifying from sins
Imam Sadiq (as) said, 'Whoever performs 4 raka'at (divide it into 2 raka'at, 2 raka'at).
In every raka'at after Surah al Fatiha read Surah Al Ikhlas for 50 times. And when they finish say,
اللهم صل على النبى العربى و آله
Their sins will be forgiven & their wishes will come true.'
There are many hadiths that recommended this prayer to be done on Friday & Friday night.
It's been said that whoever perform this 4 raka'at.
Their past and future sins will be forgiven.
The rewards of reading the entire holy Quran for 12 times will be granted to them.
They'll be safe from thirst and hunger on Judgement Day.
Salat of Ja'far Tayyar (brother of Imam Ali (as)
This Salat is among the prayers that are greatly emphasized and it is famous among all sects.
It was a gift of love bestowed by the Holy Prophet ( saw) to his cousin upon his return from the journey.
Imam Sadiq (as) said, 'on the day of the conquest of Khyber when Jafar returned from Abyssinia, the Holy Prophet (saw) asked, "Do you want a reward? Do you want a gift?"
Hazrat Jafar replied, "Why not, O Messenger of Allah?"
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said,"I am giving you something that if you perform it everyday it would better than all those things that are present in the world.
And if you perform it once in two days the almighty will forgive the sins of both these days and if you perform it every Friday or every month or every year the Almighty will forgive all the sins committed in between."
The best time to perform it is on Friday before noon.
Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (as) : "If you have a significant request and you want it to be granted, you may offer this prayer, say this supplication, and implore Almighty Allah to respond to you. If you do, it will be granted, Allah willing."
METHOD OF SALAAT E JAFAR E TAYYAR
The best time to perform it is on Friday before noon. This prayer can be counted as the Nafila of the night or the Nafila of the day.
METHOD - four rakat Salat, divided into two parts 2 x 2 rakat. Recite each part exactly like the Fajr Namaz, with the following adjustments:
First rakat After recitation of Sura Faatihah, recite Surah no. 99 Zilzaal once
Second rakat After recitation of Sura Faatihah, recite Surah no. 100 Aadiyaat once
Third Rakat After recitation of Sura Faatihah, recite Surah no. 110 Nasr once
Fourth Rakat after recitation of Sura Fatihah, recite Surah Ikhlaas once.
If you do not remember these surahs of each rakat, then recite surah Ikhlaas in all 4 rakats
In each rakat recite 'Tasbeehaatul Arbaa' 75 times (see below) ie cumulative 300 times in four rakats. :-
Tasbeehatul Arbaa is recited as under :-سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ وَ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَ اللهُ اَكْبَر
subhaanallaahi wal hamdu lillaahi wa laa ilaaha illallaahu wallaahu akbar
Glory be to Allah, Praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is Great.(i) After reciation of Surahs...
15 times
(ii) In Rukoo... 10 times
(iii) In Qiyyaam after Rukoo... 10 times
(iv) In the First Sajdah... 10 times
