you let out a groan as you let out another cough. "are you sure you want to go? we could just stay home and cuddle, i'm sure cam will understand," ethan said and you shook your head.

"it's your sister's game, we're going," you sighed, coughing once more. "besides, i'm warm and i took medicine, and not to mention the fact that we're here," you told him and he sighed pulling into a parking space. you both got out the car, and began walking to the gym, his arm around your shoulders. you shivering slightly due to the cold air.

you smiled as lisa waved you guys over. "hey guys," ethan said hugging lisa, sean, and grayson. lisa went to hug you but you shook your head, simply telling her you were sick.

the five of you made small talk before the game started, once it started you were yelling cameron's name and her team. "let's go cam!" you yelled at the top of your lungs.

ethan sighed, knowing this was a bad decision for you to come. once the game was over, cameron's team had won and everyone was so proud of her. you congratulated her before leaving and going back home. "that was a good game, how are you feeling?" he asked and you shrugged.

"the same," you said your voice slightly broken. "well shit," you mumbled.

he continued driving home. "i knew we shouldn't have gone," he mumbled to himself.

you rolled your eyes, "i can say i'm sorry but i won't mean it," you said. "look i had fun tonight, we got to watch cameron play her sport. sure, my voice might be gone but i'll get it back," you said and he sighed nodding.
