Luke went home and couldn't find anyone there.
"Mom?"
Luke looked around, then found her sitting on the floor looking through a box.
"Mom, what are you doing?"
She flinched a bit.
"Jesus, you scared me.
I was just looking through old photos and shit."
"Oh okay."
Luke sat down beside her.
He picked up an old picture with Jack, Ben, and him.
Luke smiled but then frowned.
"I miss them.."
"Yeah, me too.
It'll be alright Lukey."
Luke tossed it to the side and looked at a blue snapback.
"You know, I have enough.."
"What do you mean?"
"College, Luke."
Luke thought about it, but thought about Michael.
"Maybe I'll think some more."
"It would be nice, you know."
"Yeah, okay mom I said I'd think."
Luke wanted to go, but he was worried about the cancer kid from across the street.
Guess you could say he was in a space between a rock and a hard place.
