Luke got up bright and early, to go and watch Michael.
He brought his phone this time, incase he got bored then made his way.
The car that was usually in the driveway was gone, Luke was given an spare key so it wasn't much of a problem.
Inside was Michael on the couch watching tv.
"Hey Mikey."
"Hey Luke."
Luke sat down to watch tv with him.
"Michael, can I ask you something.."
"Um okay."
"What were the results for?"
"Well, only my mom knows, but when she opened it she started crying."
"Why did you get that terrible pain?"
"I don't know, sometimes I get the pains on my sides or I'm really tired.
There's worse, like I don't feel like eating or I get a fever that keeps coming back.."
Michael looked down at his hands.
"What's wrong with me?"
"I'm sure it's nothing.."
Luke embraced Michael and he started crying.
"Thank you."
"What are friends for?"
Those 4 words gotMichael to stop crying.
"Friends?"
"Yeah, we are."
