I'm a what?

"Nikki, wake up!" Scott shouted shaking me awake.

I shot up in my bed all sweaty, crying, and out of breath

"It's okay, it was just a bad dream." Scott said while holding me in his arms.

That's when I remembered.

"I thought you went home?" I said confused.

I looked up to see a dead Scott laying on my bed

He bleeding out on my bed as I held his beating heart in my hands.

I let out a loud scream.

I shot up in my bed screaming my head off.

Malia busted through the door grabbed me.

I screamed as she held me in her arms trying to calm me down.

"Nikki, it's okay it was just a bad dream." Malia said after I calmed down.

"I killed him, I killed Scott." I cried as she rubbed my arm.

"It was a dream, Scott is fine." Malia said.

After a while Malia left, leaving me in the darkness of my room.

I quickly grabbed my phone and called Scott.

After a couple of rings he picked up.

"Hello?" He mumbled making me sigh in relief that he was okay.

"Hey, sorry that I called. I just had a bad dream and I needed to make sure you were okay." I answered.

"I'm fine. What was your dream about?" He asked half asleep.

"I'll tell you in the morning so you can go back to sleep." I said while playing with my hair.

"Do you want to come over?" He asked.

"I'll be fine, I'll see you at school." I said while smiling.

"Alright, I love you. Goodnight." He said causing my eyes to widen.

I quickly hung up the phone, not sure what to do.

Scott just told me he loved me.

Did he mean it?

He probably wasn't thinking, I mean he was half asleep.

This is going to keep me up the rest of the night.

I went to school with two hours of sleep.

"Hey Scott can we talk?" I asked as I ran up to him.

"Is this about last night?" He asked while holding the front door of the school open for me.

"Well yes and no." I said causing him to chuckle.

"Sounds like a big problem." He said with a smile.

"It's just...before I hung up last night...you said something." I said nervously causing him to look at me weird.
