Chapter 23, Some Months Later

4 Months Later, Lucy's Pov, 

Natsu and I were having a hard time with the wedding planning. I saw it's affects on Natsu. It was stressing him out. Erza found out she was having twins, a girl and a boy. Mira found out she was having a boy. I couldn't help but be happy for them. Jellal did nearly die when we all found out. I swear that I saw his soul leave his body for a second. Erza and Jellal also just started planning for their own wedding. Levy moved in with Gajeel as Laxus asked Mira to marry him. Everything was going quiet well but my own wedding planning.

Natsu kept starting a fight between him and one of the planners. Bob, he was Jenny's co-worker and boss really. I was outside in the garden wearing my blue dress with white lining. My hair was over my left shoulder, all down and a little messy. I soon felt two warm arms hug me from behind as I felt a chin go on my right shoulder. "What you thinking about Lucee?" I heard Natsu asked in a whisper. "Just about the wedding" I replied with a small giggle. Natsu moved his head and spun me around to face him. He placed his forehead on mine.

"What about the wedding?" Natsu asked as I stared into his onyx eyes. Getting lost in them. "How it won't happen if you keep fighting with Bob" I answered as Natsu pouted. I laughed a little as Natsu put his arms just under my butt and lifted me into the air. I couldn't help but laugh. "Natsu put me down" I was smiling like and idiot as Natsu carried me back inside. "Nope" he replied popping the 'p'. I put my hands on his cheeks as he took me into the living room. I soon pulled him into a genital kiss. He kissed back, placing me back on my feet.

We pulled away when we needed air as Natsu sat on the sofa and pulled me onto his lap. "Now this is better" he whispered in my ear as I bit my bottom lip. I saw Natsu smirk as he pulled me as close as I could be to him. "Much better" he then whispered pulled me into a deep, passionate kiss. I kissed back as our lips moved in sync. Soon there was a knock as the door making me pull away. Natsu pouted once again making me giggle as I tried getting off his lap. He kept me in place his pout turning into a smirk. "Natsu let me go answer the door" I held back a small giggle.

"Nope, your staying with me" Natsu replied snuggling is face into my neck, kissing it also. I bit my bottom lip as the knocking at the door got louder. They knew we was in. "N-Natsu just me let answer the stupid door" I was holding back a moan as Natsu didn't listen to me. Soon I heard keys as the door started to be unlocked. "LUCY" I heard my cousin Mavis nearly shout making my eyes widen. S-she was here? Natsu moved his head as she came into the living room. Mavis smirked as my cheeks started to burn up. "No wonder you didn't answer" Mavis giggled.

Zeref soon came into the room bringing in two suitcases. "I hate you both so much right now" Natsu mumbled as Mavis giggled. She then walked over, pulling me Natsu and over to the other sofa. "Why are you both home anyways?" Natsu then asked upset as Zeref sat next to him. "Christmas is next month you idiot" Zeref answered as Natsu rolled his eyes. I just rubbed the back of my neck. I never really got into the Christmas spirit after mother died. My father basically banned it. "And finally Lucy can start celebrating Christmas again" Mavis nearly shouted.

Zeref and Natsu looked at her confused. "After mother died father banned Christmas in our house" I then explained as they both nodded with 'o' faces. Mavis hugged me as I smiled hugging back. "This year you got no damn choice" Mavis had her evil planning smirk scaring me a little as we pulled away from the hug. "Michelle is also due home tomorrow" I then mumbled as Mavis sighed. "Im still confused on why she hates me" Mavis mumbled upset, crossing her arms. I just laughed as she acted like a child. I noticed Zeref smiling at her as Natsu rolled his eyes.

"Well lets unpack and leave the love birds alone Zeref" Mavis jumped up, walking to her suitcase grabbing it before walking off. Zeref got up and did the same as I shook my head a little. Same old cousin Mavis. Natsu got up and walked over, offering his hand. I smiled taking it. "Well the news did say it should start snowing next week" Natsu sighed as he helped me up. I gave him a quick kiss. He then pulled me close to him, his hand on my back as he used the other one to play with my hair. "God I hate them right now" Natsu mumbled.

I laughed as Natsu kissed my forehead. "We can finish what we started another night" I whispered in Natsu's ear and saw him smirk. "Im going to keep that to you Miss Heartfilla" Natsu replied making me giggle. Soon my phone started ringing as I Natsu let me free to let me pull it out of my belt pocket. "Hello?" I asked as Natsu was still playing with my hair. "LUCY! MICHELLE...... HOSPITAL" I heard Gray scream on the other side of the phone. My hand started shaking as Natsu stared at me shocked. He must of heard.

"W-what are you on about?" I asked scared, my voice cracking. "Michelle and Elfman are in the hospital, get down here" Gray answered sounding out of breath. I looked at Natsu who nodded, rushing off to get his keys. "Be there soon" I replied and ended the call as Natsu and I rushed to the car.... Please Michelle..... Don't leave me and Gray now......
