New Girlfriend?

I felt my eyes starting to open as I heard someone singing. My eyes completely opened, and I saw Niall above me. He had his guitar, and was playing it while singing his solo in Little Things.

He finished, and was gazing into my eyes, "I love you, Nicole. I made a mistake. Please, will you take me back?"

That was romantic to sing to me, but it didn't prove a thing. Singing won't make me trust him again. Yeah, it was cute, but I don't think I want to get back together just like that. I grabbed my pad of paper and pen and quickly wrote:

I don't want to get back together yet.

Niall looked at it, and looked hurt for a second, but turned around and yelled, "LOUIS!"

Louis came running in, "What?!" He asked, frantically.

"You said your plan would work!" Niall yelled. Louis shrugged, "Your fault for trusting me."

Niall frowned, 'whatever..." He walked back over to his own room. I don't know what to think of Niall. He's so suspicious. It seems like he doesn't mind that we broke up. I don't know what to think of him anymore....

I decided to just get up now. I glanced up at the clock, it was now seven P.M. I was starting to feel better, so I decided to get up. I threw my hair up in a messy bun. Louis was messing with his phone. I heard the door open, and Zayn walked in.

"I'm bored," He bluntly announced. Louis frowned, 'you're bored? You've been passed out most of the day, and you got up a few minutes ago. I've been sitting around the house most of the day while everyone else was asleep."

Zayn put his hands in the air in defense, "Sorry, Louis."

Louis was about to say something, but he got a text. He unlocked his phone and looked at it, "Liam said he is coming back to the hotel in a few minutes, and he's bringing someone with him."

"Who's he bringing?" Zayn asked. Louis shrugged, "I don't know."

"Ask him," Zayn commanded.

"Why does it matter?" Louis asked, "We'll see him in a few minutes."

"Guess so," Zayn replied, "Well if people are coming, then I better change out of the clothes I was wearing last night."

Zayn left, and I decided that I should change too. I grabbed some floral pants and a button up shirt with a cami under. I went to the bathroom and changed into the new outfit. I left my hair up in a messy bun. I walked out of the bathroom, and Louis was still messing with his phone. I heard the door open, and Liam and some girl walked in. Liam had his arm around her shoulder, and they were talking and laughing together. Louis and I stared at them in disbelief. The room grew silent when they realized we were staring at them.

"Um, hey guys," Liam said, "This is-"

"LIAM DID YOU GET A GIRLFRIEND?!" Louis screeched. The girl looked at him awkwardly, while Liam nervously scratched the back of his head, "Um well, we're not really boyfriend and girlfriend yet..." Liam said, his voice trailing off at the end.

"No, Liam we are dating. It's okay to say," The girl replied, giggling at the end. Liam smiled down at her. Wow, this is the first time Liam's had a girlfriend in... a long time. Liam looks so happy. I haven't seen him this happy in a while. I hope they stay together.

"Sorry, I forgot to introduce everyone," Liam said, "Guys, this is Meredith. Meredith, this is Louis and Nicole."

"Hey, nice to meet you," Louis said. I just waved my hand.

"Nicole has laryngitis, so she can't speak," Liam explained.

'That's to bad," Meredith replied. I saw her reach down, and intertwine her fingers with Liam's. Wow, their relationship is moving fast. It took Niall a few months to just ask me out.

"So, when did you meet Meredith?" Louis asked.

"Last night at the club," Liam replied.

"So that's where you went..." Louis mumbled, "So, what did you do at the club?"

"Louis, you don't need to intrude on my personal life," Liam replied, his face a little red. I saw Louis grin deviously, "Okay, then.... I don't need to know anymore."

"Where are Zayn, Niall, and Harry?" Liam asked, quickly trying to change the subject.

"They're in the other room, well Zayn and Niall. Harry went out... to I don't know where..." Louis said, "I'll get them. ZAYN, NIALL GET IN HERE AND MEET LIAM'S NEW GIRLFRIEND!"

I heard the pounding of feet and in a few seconds, Niall and Zayn rushed in.

"Louis, did you actually say Liam's new girlfriend?" Zayn asked. Louis nodded, and pointed to Meredith. Niall and Zayn's mouths dropped open. Liam frowned, "Lads...?"

"I can't believe Liam got a girlfriend!" Zayn yelled. Liam frowned, "It's not THAT weird..."

"When was the last time you had a girlfriend?" Niall challenged. Liam shrugged, a little embarrassed.

"SEE!" Niall exclaimed.

"Okay, then...." Liam said, trying to change the subject, "Why don't we get dinner?"

"Do you wanna go out?" Louis asked.

"Well, Nicole is sick, so it's probably not the best idea to go out," Liam replied, "Why don't we get take out?"

"Okay, how about Chinese?" Zayn suggested. Liam shrugged, "Sounds good to me. Wanna go get it?"

"Sure, I'll come," Zayn said.

"You wanna come, Meredith?" Liam asked.

"Is it okay if I just stay here?" Rachel asked. Liam nodded, "Sure, that's fine with me. See you guys in a little, bye." Liam and Zayn left.

"Well, I'm gonna take a shower," Louis said, "I thought I should tell you guys that to make sure Nicole doesn't try to come in with me. She's single now, so who knows what she'll do. She looks innocent, but really, she is dirty. I know you wanna see this," Louis pointed to his body, "But, you'll just have to resist, 'cause I got a girlfriend."

Niall and Meredith laughed. I rolled my eyes, and pushed Louis in the direction of the bathroom, so he'd leave.

"Oh, pushy now, are you?" Louis joked, making a perverted face. Louis was now standing in the bathroom, so I simply slammed the door to the bathroom. I heard Louis laughing on the other side of the door. I rolled my eyes, and went over and sat on my bed.

"I'm going to set up someplace to eat in my room," Niall said.

"I'll help," Meredith replied.

"Okay," Niall answered. Meredith and Niall left. I laid my head on my pillow, and looked at the ceiling. I couldn't fall back asleep. I sat up, and heard giggling coming from the other room. I stood up, and walked over to the door. I pressed my ear against it, so I could hear.

"Niall, you're so funny!" I heard Meredith squeal, "When I was younger you were always my favorite member of One Direction."

"I would've though it would be Liam," Niall said.

"No, I've always had a huge crush on you," Meredith said.

"Oh...." Niall replied, trailing off. I opened the door, and peeked through.

"You are just too cute!" Meredith exclaimed. I saw her hand reach down, and grabbed Niall's. Her lips leaned close to his, and hovered near them. Suddenly the ringing of a phone broke the silence. I saw Niall turn in the other direction, so Meredith's lips touched his cheek. I saw Niall stare at her, shocked.

"I think that's my phone," Meredith interrupted, "I better go get it!"

She jumped up, and walked towards my room. I immediately closed the door, and leaned against the wall. Meredith opened it, and saw me.

"Oh, hi, Nicole!" she exclaimed cheerfully. Her smile changed to a smirk, "Did you like what you saw?"
