*Aria's POV*

I sighed as Ezra and I walked out of the hospital. We went to his car and I climbed in the passenger seat.

"I hope Spencer pulls her shit together, because she needs Toby to survive. And Toby's not getting back together with her unless she gets it together," I said.

"Let's not worry about them. Let's worry about us," Ezra said, putting his hand on top of mine. I smiled and leaned back in my seat.

"I'm going to call my mom and see if I can stay a little later at your place," I said.

"Sounds great," Ezra said, pulling out of the parking lot and driving to his apartment as I dialed.

"Hey, Aria. Is Emily ok?" She asked.

"She'll be fine. Spencer had a miscarriage. There's just a lot to deal with right now," I said.

"Are you with Ezra? I'm not exactly happy about the situation you're in, but he'll be able to make you feel better about all this," she said.

"That's actually what I wanted to call you about. I want to stay a little later at Ezra's than usual," I said.

"That's fine. Mike and I went to Colorado to visit his friend, Keaton. Keaton had a motorcycle accident. Dad's in Boston. Probably with his girlfriend. So I can't believe I'm saying this, but why don't you just stay at Ezra's tonight? I would feel a lot better knowing you were with him rather than all alone in the house without protection," my mom said. I smiled.

"Awesome. Thanks mom!" I said.

"Well it's not like I'm worried about you getting pregnant anymore. That's already happened," she said, a hint of bitterness in her voice.

"Yeah. Thanks again. I have to go now, mom. See you tomorrow," I said, hanging up and turning to Ezra.

"Sounds like it went well," Ezra said, smiling at me.

"My entire family is out of town, so she said she would feel better if I stayed at your place all night, so I wasn't alone," I said.

"Well, I would feel better if you did that, too. I'm sick and tired of A being around here all the time," he said, pulling into the apartment parking lot.  I climbed out of the car and walked with him up the stairs to his door.

"Ezra, I have a random question," I said, holding his hand before he could unlock the door.

"What is it?" He asked.

"Why don't you want to marry me?" I asked, thinking back to the night I had told him I was pregnant. I had half expected him to then. He looked at me, speechless at first, then finally forming words.

"I do want to marry you. Why did you ask that?" He asked.

"Because we're not engaged, and I thought you would propose when I told you I was pregnant," I said. I felt a little strange having this conversation outside of his apartment, but he hadn't made another move to unlock the door.

"Is that what you want?" He asked.

"Ezra, I can't be not married to you for another day. Or at least engaged," I said.

"Well, then I'll tell you what we're going to do. We're going to go get rings. And then we're going to go to the courthouse and get married tonight," he said.

"Are you serious?" I screeched, throwing my arms around him.

"Dead serious. That baby is going to be born a Fitz. With a Fitz dad and a Fitz mom. I just wanted to make sure you didn't feel trapped into the marriage," he said.

"Why the hell would you think I would feel trapped? I love you more than anything in the entire world. No, the entire universe. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Ezra Fitz," I said, grabbing his face and pulling him down into a kiss.

"Well, then. Let's go get married," he said, smiling, putting the key away and almost running back to his car.
