When Teddy finished school he passed the marauders map on to Albus, who was just starting. The invisibility cloak was passed on to the two brothers a year later. When Lily arrived at hogwarts the siblings had to share to the cloak until James left two years later, leaving it to only Albus and Lily. Albus didn't use it much. Not as much as Lily anyway.
