"Ryo, h-hi." I stammered. "Wait, aren't you supposed to be at school?"
"I asked first Y/N." He grinned. "I should get your answer first."
"Oh, me? I'm just wandering around."
"Cutting classes with your new boyfriend, I see." He smirked.
I suddenly remembered the purple head behind me. "He's not my boyfriend Ryo, he's my...cousin." I lied, with a hint of disgust in my tone.
"And she's touring me around, hence why she's not at school." Kanato added.
Ryouta gave him a smile. "You must be new here, I haven't seen your face yet."
"No shit sherlock." Kanato replied, making me nudge him hard in the stomach. "Ow, fuck."
Ryo laughed. "Same smart mouth as Y/N. You must really be cousins."
Kanato glared at me, I didn't mind him. "So Ryo, why are you not at school?"
"You know me Y/N. I cut classes every once in a while." His eyes had this mischievous glint making me swoon internally.
"But you usually go to arcades, why here?" I asked.
"Nothing." He shrugged. "Just thinking of buying something for someone."
"Is it for a special someone?" I smirked.
"Yeah, something like that." He nodded. "Well I'm going now Y/N, see you tomorrow."
My smile dropped when he left. I must've had an evident frown on my face because Kanato caught up with it.
"You like him don't you. He's the person who you're referring to every time they tease you with me." He said. "But too bad, he likes someone else."
"It could be me, you know."
"Like hell it would be you, you're ugly as fuck."
I punched him. "Fuck you."
"It's bad to assume, especially if the chances are low." He argued.
"There's a difference between assuming and hoping you ass." I rolled my eyes. "Come on, let's go."

i can't update tomorrow and on sunday guys (UGH), bc my exams start tomorrow (UGHHHHHH) :(
