Paybacks a Bitch

I ran and ran and ran till my breathing became ragged.

'Mate! He is close! I can smell him!' I told my wolf excitedly.

I shifted into her and continued running. What would have taken me 20 minutes took me 5 to get to lyles pack line.

And across from it I saw none other then my mate, and his brother, fighting?

I howled loudly and sprinted to Lyle. He heard and dropped his brother from a headlock.

"Angel!" He yelled and ran to me.

I jumped and shifted back and landed in his safe arms.

"Lyle." I whispered and kissed him.

"My baby, I thought I lost you." He cried.

"Never. While I was gone from you, I realized how much I love and need you. I'm not scared of you anymore," I told him.

"Lets go back home, I want to make you mine fully." He told me and started walking, still holding me.

I wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged his neck.

"Why were you fighting with your brother?" I asked.

"Unfinished business." Is all he replied.

He walked into the house and went straight upstairs. We went into his room and he shut and locked the door.

I smiled into his neck.

I felt him walking again then lay us on something soft. His bed.

"Our bed." I said aloud.

"What?" He asked cocking an eyebrow.

"Our bed, this is out bed now." I told him.

He smiled brightly and said, "I like the sound of that."

I turned over so I am straddling him. I leaned down and kissed him.

He broke it and looked at me with love in his eyes and only love.

"Are you sure about this?" He asked my really wanting to know.

"Yes" I told him.
