32 - ☆: pretty girl.

A week passed and the curiousity about Jungwon's girlfriend still lingering in Yerim mind. As much as she thinking of it, she still doesn't want to ask about it directly to him, or else that will be obvious that she is being jealous out of nowhere because she and Jungwon aren't a thing.

"Yerim, are you okay?" Minji became worried seeing how Yerim didn't talk much for a week, her face showed that she was thinking about something. "I'm fine, it just I didn't sleep well lately." Yerim smiled as she doesn't want make Minji worried of her.

"There must be a reason behind it, come on tell me, Moon Yerim." Minji trying to force Yerim to tell her about it, as she's ready to listen and give a good advice for her. Minji straighten her sit while waiting for Yerim telling her, she got no choice but have to ask Minji about it.

"Minji, I want to know.. if there any pretty girl in this school before or in our class." Yerim swearing herself inside as she realized why she asked such a stupid question. To have a pretty girl in this school, of course there's a lot.

"Pretty girl? I'm not sure but if you asked someone that close to us. I think of this one person." Yerim suprise as Minji said that to her, that was unexpected because Yerim thought she will be confused of why she asked that.

"Her name is Rachel, she used to be part of this class."

"She really pretty, that almost every day she received a gift from everyone."

"Oh! I just noticed that your hair and her almost the same, long and brownish."

"And her seat in this class is your seat right now."

Yerim keep herself silent after heard what Minji have told her, her mind was thinking if that girl is the one his mother label as Jungwon's girlfriend. After heard how pretty she was, it's like she stands no chance for Jungwon. "Minji, is there someone that she closest with?" asked Yerim as her curiousity increase.

"Uhm, as what I always saw.. she closer with Jungwon."

"They always together, going somewhere together, doing something together, until there's rumors saying that they were dating."

"But no one really knows, if they're actually are."

"And since she moved to LA, Jungwon no longer laugh as much as when he with her."

Feel like a glass shattered inside Yerim, as what she thinking is true. There are small chance of Jungwon still love that girl, as what Minji mentioned that he changed right after that girl moved. He probably still can't forget about her, and waiting for her to come back.

"But why you asked me that question?" Yerim coming back to her sense after lost in her mind that full of overthinking. "Nothing, I'm just bored and wants to know who's the prettiest in this school." Yerim faking her smile as she wasn't feel happy at all but force to look like it in front of Minji.

"Ayy, you're supposed to asked it properly before. Of course, I'm the prettiest in this school." Minji showed her pretty face in front of Yerim while posing a bit, Yerim just laughed seeing how Minji always trying to make her came out of the sadness.

"Yerim, Jay want to see you." tell someone suddenly. Yerim get up as she saw Jay waiting for her outside of her class, but at the same time Jungwon just coming back from the library.

He saw Jay that are waiting outside of their classroom, Yerim and Jungwon eyes meet as she walked to go outside. She noticed how he sharply staring at her, but Yerim just ignored it.

"Yerim, can't believe you're joining the hiking trip too!" Jay excitedly said that as soon as Yerim stand in front of him, Yerim saw how he being genuine excited by seeing the level of his excitement is 100% on top of his head.

'Too? Meaning that he's one of the senior that will joining?' thinking Yerim, but she didn't get it why he being really excited about it. Like it's not usual excitement but overly excited. He can't stop smiling that show fully his front teeth.

"Yes, I'm actually didn't want to join it but teacher said I must go." respond Yerim as she only joining in force feeling. "Huh? You better join it. Promise me you must come, Yerim." Jay showed his little finger to make a pinky promise with her.

"Jay, I don't think that this is necessary. Don't worry, I'm promise that I'll come." Yerim letting down Jay finger as she doesn't want people misunderstood of them when seeing those. However, he still wants Yerim to make a pinky promise with him, and didn't want to leave before she do it.

"Will you promise me?"

Yerim hesitates as she still wasn't in really good mood and her mind still messed up of thinking about Jungwon and his girlfriend, but now Jay comes to added the heaviness.

"Promise." Both of their little fingers joined to form a promise that Jay requested.
