It was yet another day at Hope's Peak.
Shuichi was currently at the School Library, checking out a plethora of books. One that piqued his interest was about a staff of shopping mall security guards, who were vampires that preyed on those who broke in after hours.
He got to a table and started reading, getting invested already. Right across his table was Tsuyoi. She had recently been looking through some books, even trying to get access to the archives.
"Oh! Hey Shuichi!!!"
"Hi Tsuyoi. I see you're trying to find something..."
"Yeah. Uhhh... specifically...Well...I want to confess something with you, Shuichi."
"Hmm???"
"It's about my parents. Mikan's adoptive family were a lot worse, of course, but mine...weren't any better."
Shuichi's heart dropped.
"...oh... what exactly have they... i-if you don't mind me asking!"
Tsuyoi explained
"Well... They were quite conservative...actually, really conservative...I was essentially turning into everything they hated...including my weight...and by the time I not only went into high school, but also fully transitioned, they decided...to disown me."
"I... am SO sorry...."
"Thanks, but...Mx. Tokei told me something the other day...Turns out I was actually adopted when I was around...a few months old? I think?
Shuichi was quite surprised
"Oh!!! Damn!!! JUST like Mikan!!!!"
Tsuyoi nodded and continued
"Anyway, the point is...I need your help finding who my real parents are! I want to know the truth and why they put me up for adoption!"
Shuichi thought for a moment
"I'll be happy to assist."
"Thank you!"
"No problem. Now...How are we going to get any leads?"
"Well... First I think we need to look into the medical room."
"Why?"
"Welllll...I might as well tell you..." Shuichi said.
"Oh????"
"Everyone that has become or agreed to become a client has recently had their blood drawn and tested in order to make sure they aren't allergic to Timepire venom...You probably didn't know as...I don't know if you agreed to be a client of Mx. Tokei."
"I've heard of it... but I haven't gotten around to it yet. That does make sense..."
"I mean, you're more than welcome to agree to it...I think Tokei's waiting in-between classes right now, sooo..."
"Oh, okie!!!!! I'll message you when I get a response!"
Tsuyoi then went off to find Tokei, who smiled upon seeing her.
"Oh, Tsuyoi!!! Is there anything I can help you with?"
"Yes actually! I...Actually want to sign up for the ageres therapy program.
"Ooooh that sounds perfect!
"Is there anything you need to do before i'm officially signed up?"
"Oh! Just a little test to see if you're allergic to the venom."
"Alright, sounds good, I'm up for it!"
Tsuyoi walked with Tokei to the medical room, taking a nice seat as Tokei got out a small syringe connected to a tube that connected to a small test tube
