Yet another fine day at Hope's Peak Academy.
Classes were going good, Chiaki and Hajime were having some niiice times together, Nagito had been talking with Tokei more as Tokei tried to study Nagito's luck and his health, while Sagishi just minded their own business.
"Say, did you catch what went down yesterday?"
"No, I didn't, what happened?"
"There was a horrifying incident during a game of (American) Football."
"Oh shit!!!! How?!"
"Apparently, someone snuck in a sulfuric acid bomb and planted it somewhere underneath the field."
"What?!?!"
"Most of the audience was able to escape unharmed, but all the players suffered serious disfigurements and half even died."
"That's horrible!!!"
"Yeah... think that the school's most iconic couple in the staff may be looking into it?"
Then another voice came in.
"Guess what? yea we are."
"Do you think it's another case of our 'favorite' group of criminals?"
"I'm sure of it...knowing that they've been causing so many incidents for the last four months."
"Yea, canNOT be a coincidence."
"Just. Just get the others."
"We will!"
And that's just what they did.
They all came back to the same room that they did their investigations in, and the scene replication door was seemingly all set.
"Sooo...I've been doing a few bits of research...and it seems that what happened at the football game isn't an isolated incident..."
"Oh?!"
"There's been several cases of this incident, each with a different sport...and each from a different part of the world."
"Oh god, they TRAVEL?!"
"Seems so. Ever since we Mosu told us that there's a leader to them, they've become more of a major threat..."
"Ooooh yeaaaaaaaahhh."
"So, does that mean they could track us down right now?!"
"We're currently making sure that our security measures are updated for this reason...However, apparently that requires us to shut 'em down..."
"OH SHIT!!!!!!"
"There's at least one security measure that's put in...which makes whoever tries to hack in-"
Immediately, there was a shadowed figure that wore a mask and hood that popped up on a computer monitor.
"Ah. Someone tried to hack in."
"Well sh-"
"Hello hacker. Welcome to the Dangan Club's secret hideout, where we figure out the plans of the Ultimates Despairs and stop them from causing the apocalypse!" Hikari said, walking up to the computer with a smirk.
"Hooow are you so calm about this???"
"Well, apart from the Ultimate Despairs, there's nothing really anyone would get from this...considering none of the former Despairs are willing to talk about what happened to them...and those that do find out about this are either recruited or called conspiracy theorist crazy."
