That bastard he continue caring for that girl. Kailan ba siya makikinig sakin? Hindi man lang niya naisip nararamdaman ko. For gooddamn sake. That girl is the reason why Asher died.
When I heard the news that bitch got hospital again eh nalaman ko ding pa-sugod ang kapatid ko dun kaya napasugod din ako not to make a scene there kundi para pauwiin ang kapatid ko. He shouldn't show some care on that girl. She doesn't deserve it, she don't deserve to be loved again.
Akmang pasakay na ko ng elevator ng biglang may humila sakin sa girls bathroom at ng lingunin ko siya ay pinagtaasan ko siya ng kilay.
"Ano na naman kailangan mo?" inis na sigaw ko sakanya.
"Pwede ba tumigil ka na Seah? Stop bothering my twin, hindi ka ba naawa sa sitwasyon niya. She is sick, and here you are blaming her for something she didn't do." sigaw niya sakin kaya lalo kong nainis. Sino siya para sermunan ako. Who the hell give her rights?
"Pwede ba wag kang makisali dito? Kakambal ka lang. Kaya wag mo idamay sarili mo dito." asik na sagot ko sakanya at pilit tinatanggal ang mahigpit na pagkakahawak niya sa wrist ko. What the hell is wrong with her? Really? Protecting her not so innocent twins. Eh hindi nga aware yung kakambal niya nag eexist siya, so funny!
"I'm just asking Seah, please just stop right here. Hindi ka nakakatulong sa nangyayari ngayon sa kapatid ko." parang pagod na sambit niya na tila batid siyang mahihirapan siyang pakiusapan ako. Well, mahihirapan talaga siya. Dahil pag ang isang tao galit, no one can stop them. So yes, loud and clear no one can stop me doing this and making Stepahne's life hell.
"Why do care so much ba? Hindi ka naman kilala ng so called kakambal mo and here you are protecting here. Really? Sophia? You're just wasting your time here. Because you can't stop me anymore! I will make sure that you're sister life will be more living as hell." buo ang loob na sambit ko sakanya at tsaka siya nilayasan. I didn't care for anyone anymore. I used to be like this and forever be like this. So no one can even stop me, I will do this forever..until that girl beg me for her life and remember what she did to me.
And how Asher died because of her. I will make sure that she gonna pay for it, even if it's cost her life.
Lumabas ako ng cr at narinig ko pang tinawag niya ko pero di ko siya pinansin at tsaka sumakay na ng elevator. I will make my brother go home, even if he like it or not.

Dahil busy ang magulang nila Steph and knowing her condition di nila namalayang nakababa si Shaira sa first floor ng walang nakakapansin miski isa sakanila.
She was enjoying seeing every people she see in this hospital. Until she see a nurse and talk with that nurse.
"Hi po, are you a nurse po?" she said and try to caught the nurse attention kaya napalingon naman ang nurse sakanya.
"Yes, baby. I am nurse why?" sagot ng nurse sakanya at tila nacucutan pa kay Shaira because she is wearing a cute jumper and a cute head band on her hair.
"Can you make sure that my Ate will be alive? I want to play with her more. I love my Ate, I want to be her forever." inosenteng sambit niya sa nurse kaya kahit medyo nagulat at naguluhan ng nurse sakanya ay sinagot pa rin siya nito.
"Sure baby, where's your ate ba?"
"She's on ICU po, she never wake up. I miss her so much po. Can I be a nurse also, so can I make sure that my ate will wake up?" Shaira said with a sad voice and tila paiyak na. "I want her to be wake up na, I want to see her smile again. I want to feel her love again. She is the best sister in this world for me. No one can replace her if she will never wake up again. So please can I also be a nurse?" dugtong niya pa dahilan para malungkot ang nurse na kausap niya. Ramdam na ramdam ang genuine na nararamdaman ng bata para sa ate niya.
Kids seems innocent and looks like don't understand everything happening in their surroundings but they know and feel it.
Just like what Shaira feel, seeing her Ate in the ICU and still not waking up.
"Yes you can be a nurse baby, but you need to study hard to reach that okay? And for your ate situation let's pray that she will wake up sooner so that you can play with her again okay?" sagot ng nurse sakanya. Dudugtungan pa sana ang nurse ang sasabihin niya ng biglang mawala sakanya ang attention ni Shaira at malipat ito sa lakaking nakaupo sa waiting area. Kaya iniwan niya ang nurse na napailing nalang at nag resume sa ginagawa niya.
Lumapit si Shaira dun sa nakita niya at ngumiti.
"Hi tito ghost? Why are you here po? Are you really guarding my ate po?" nakangiting sambit niya dito. Kaya napangiti ito sakanya.
"Yes baby, how's your ate? Is she's doing good?"
"No po, she still not waking up po. I'm so sad po. I miss her already." malungkot na sagot ni Shaira sakanya.
"It's okay baby, let's pray that she will wake up sooner. Tito ghost want to ask something if it's okay?"
"What is it, Tito ghost?" inosenteng tanong ni Shaira na mababasa sakanyang expression na curious siya sa itatanong nito sakanya.
"Did you think you look like Kuya Sean and Ate Stepahne?"
"No po, I notice it also po that I don't have a resemble on them. But it's not important po for me, because they both love me po." she answered genuinely. Kaya napangiti ito sakanya.
"That's good baby, I just remembered someone on you. You got his eyes." sagot nito sa bata at bahagyang nalungkot saying those last lines.
Until now he didn't know how to confirm everything but the eyes is the evidence and it never lied.
"Shaira?" someone called at ng lingunin niya ito ay si Sean pala ito kaya mabilis na umalis siya at pinagmasdan mula sa malayo si Sean na binubuhat si Shaira.
