Later, that day. It was half past one at night, Taehyung woke up to the loud sound coming from outside his room. He turned and twisted in the bed before waking up and sat on it, rubbing his sleepy eyes. And this time the sound got heavier and he panicked for a minute and collected himself and rushed out of the room. He was taken back when he saw the living room, dining room and kitchen lights are on. He walked to the source of sound, only to see the two legs of Jungkook outside the kitchen cabinet. "Jun..Jungkook..", Taehyung called softly and pulled him by his leg. "What the hell?", Jungkook shouted. "What are you doing inside the cabinet?", Taehyung asked in sleepy hoarse voice. Jungkook came out holding a vacuum cleaner in his hand. "Can't you see it, cleaning?", Jungkook asked with an impressive look. "Is it morning already?", Taehyung rubbed his eyes and looked at the wall clock in the kitchen that showed 1.40AM. "Jungkook, it's still night. Not noon. You can clean it tomorrow.", Taehyung said scratching his head. "No. I will be busy tomorrow. You go and sleep.", Jungkook said and again went inside the cupboard. That's when Taehyung noticed the fluffy bear sitting on the rocking chair a few distance away playing with a plastic cover. "Why isn't he sleeping?", Taehyung asked pointing at his boba. "He slept a lot during the day. So, my boba is sitting here to help mom, right baby?", Jungkook asked smiling at Gukkie. Gukkie who is wide awake and energetic cheered his momma by clapping his tiny hands that are holding the plastic bag. "Go and sleep. Don't you have an office tomorrow.", Jungkook asked and stood up from the floor and went to the laundry. He took the washed dresses from it and put it in the dryer. Now, the home is filled with the dryer sound. Taehyung closed his eyes tightly to control himself from hitting his husband's boba head with the spatula.

By 2.55 AM, the sound of house chores falls silent. Taehyung who was sitting on the couch all this while opened his sleepy eyes and looked ahead and saw Jungkook coming with Gukkie. He sat on the other end of the sofa. "Done?", Taehyung asked yawning. "Mm.. ramen is boiling. And it will take another 15 minutes for the fried chicken to be ready.", Jungkook said pointing to the induction and air fryer. "Are you going to eat now?", Taehyung asked. Jungkook nodded. "Don't worry I cooked two portions, so that you don't drool while I eat.", Jungkook said. Taehyung shook his head and looked at Gukkie who is dozed off. Jungkook smiled and laid Gukkie on his lap and pulled his tees up. Taehyung gasped for a second and looked ahead. Jungkook smirked and led Gukkie to his nip, who started latching on it with closed eyes. Taehyung slowly diverted his eyes from the wall ahead to Jungkook but immediately fixed it on the wall itself, when he saw the other was almost sitting exposed. "I will go and brush my teeth.", Taehyung said and without waiting for any response, he ran to the bedroom. Jungkook laughed hard seeing that, without thinking he was literally playing with fire.
After fifteen minutes, when he came back, he saw Jungkook placing dishes on the table. "He slept?", Taehyung asked. Jungkook nodded as a reply. Taehyung sat on the chair and took the bowl to eat it. "Wait. That's spicy. Eat this.", Jungkook said and gave the other bowl and another plate of chicken to him. Taehyung stirred the content eyeing the person sitting next to him. "Jungkook.", Taehyung called. Jungkook hummed. "Will you date someone?", Taehyung asked. "Yes, why shouldn't I?", Jungkook asked eating his chicken. "Yes. Why shouldn't you? Mm.. someone like me?", Taehyung asked. "No.", Jungkook said shaking his head. "oh.", Taehyung said in a low voice. "There is no one like you. There is only you.", Jungkook said looking at his dull faces. Taehyung stopped eating and looked at those bambi eyes. "Does that.. does that mean you.", "it doesn't mean anything, Tae.", Jungkook said. Taehyung smiled nodding. "We are ex for a reason.", Jungkook said. "Yes.", Taehyung accepted it. They finished their rest of the late night snack in silence. After washing the dishes, both of them moved to their respective room. "Jungkook, then I am dating someone.", Taehyung said before walking to his room. "WHAT?", Jungkook shouted. Taehyung nodded with thin lips and walked into his room and closed the door behind.
Taehyung was about to fall asleep but woke up to the banging on the door. He stood up and walked to the door and opened it. "you can't.", Taehyung rubbed his sleepy eyes when he saw Jungkook standing with cross hand. "Mm?", Taehyung asked in confusion. "You can't date.", Jungkook said. "Why?", Taehyung asked. "You.. you are old for that.", Jungkook said. "I am only 27.", Taehyung said. "You have a husband and a kid", Jungkook said. "Ex husband and yes, a kid. But I don't see it as a problem.", Taehyung said and closed the door on his face. Jungkook stood their pouting.
"Hyung. How to stop someone from dating?", Jungkook asked immediately when the call got connected. Jimin rubbed his eyes and took the cellphone from his ears and checked the screen again. "Hyung, are you listening? You there? Hello?", Jungkook asked. "Who is it?", Suga asked squirming in sleep to Jimin. "Jungkook.", Jimin said. "Why? At this hour?", Suga asked looking at the clock time 4.25AM. "hyung.. I am asking something.", Jimin heard Jungkook's voice. "Mm.. Tell.. is Gukkie alright?", Jimin asked. "Yes. Perfectly fine and sleeping. You tell me this, how to stop someone from dating?", Jungkook asked. "I don't know Jungkook. Who do you want to stop?", Jimin asked and sat up leaning on the headboard. "Mm.. my one friend.", Jungkook said. "Mm.. why do you want to stop that friend?", Jimin asked. "Mm. The person he is going to date is not good, as a friend it's my responsibility to stop him.", Jungkook said thinking for a minute. "Then tell your friend that.", Jimin said. "Ah.. he is not listening.", Jungkook said fuming. "Then. Let it be. He will learn the character of the other person eventually.", Jimin said and drank the water and laid on the bed. Taehyung nodded. "I am saying this for your goodness.", Jungkook said. "Oh, kind hearted Jungkook. Thanks for your advice. Anyways leave it. We are going to get married mm.. in.. three months.", Taehyung said. "WHAT?, no you can't. Just a few minutes ago you said you are dating, now you are about to marry? NO.. NO.. NO..", Jungkook said stomping his feet on the floor. Taehyung nodded and closed his door again but the door slammed open. "I don't approve of it. You are Gukkie's dad. I won't allow you to have another Gukkie from someone else. No.. you will always be and only Gukkie's dad.", Jungkook said with tear welled eyes. Taehyung rolled his eyes and pulled the boy and lifted him up and laid him on the shoulder and walked to his bed. He threw him on the bed. Then he went to Jungkook's room and took Gukkie slowly without waking him up and came back and laid him on his crib.
Jungkook was in deep thought for a while, but squirmed when Taehyung hugged him by the waist. Taehyung hummed and nudged his face on other neck. "Is that person beautiful?", Jungkook asked in a tiny voice. "Mm.. very.", Taehyung said. "More than me?", Jungkook asked. Taehyung hummed. Jungkook nodded. "So, they won't be any of me and Gukkie in your life, right?", Jungkook asked, but didn't get any reply. Jungkook titled his head to look at Taehyung, only to find him asleep. "Tae.. Tae.. tell me..", Jungkook called shaking him. Taehyung hummed. "Won't there be any of us?", Jungkook asked. Taehyung pulled him by hand to turn around and hugged Jungkook. "Sleep. It's already past 5am.", Taehyung said and kissed his forehead. Jungkook pouted and snuggled to his chest more hugging him.
