Dragon rider pov

Landing at the dragons edge the gang dismount their dragons and begin discussing what to do.

Snotlout : "HICCUP WHAT WAS THAT THING!?! IT ALMOST KILLED US!!!"

Hiccup : "I don't know snotlout, but whatever it is we have to try to train it, it's too dangerous to be left alone as we all saw"

Hiccup said as he prepared a small saddle bag full of fish and other equipment as fishlegs began hurriedly writing in his notes.

Tuffnut : "yes!!! Then we can get it to destroy anything we want!!!"

Tuffnut said as he began to rub his hands together thinking of all the havoc they could cause.

Astrid : "I think we're all missing the bigger picture here, how did it even get to dragon's edge? It didn't look like it could fly with those wings and if it was here before we should have at least seen something before this point."

Fishlegs : "astrids right, it didn't fly it just shot something out of its wings at us."

Hiccup : well we'll figure out how it got here after we train it, but it's getting late we'll start training in the morning, for now everyone get some shut eye.

As hiccup says that the dragon riders all begin to walk to their houses with their dragons, all except toothless and stormfly

Toothless pov

Me and Stormfly were following behind the others a bit before I eventually asked Stormfly a question that had been stirring in my mind science the encounter with that dragon.

Toothless : "hey Stormfly, did something seem... off about what that dragon said?

Stormfly : "kinda... Why do you ask?"

Toothless : "I don't know... it just seemed like it was so mad at hiccup and the others for no reason."

Stormfly : "he looked a bit hurt, maybe he was attacked before he saw us."

Toothless : "maybe... but then why did he specifically attack the gang? it could have just run as soon as it saw all of us, but it didn't it specifically attacked us... somethings just not adding up."

Stopping for a bit I was mulling it over in my head and upon seeing this stormfly stopped too.

Stormfly : "Well why don't we go ask them?"

Toothless : "WHAT?!? It just tried to kill our riders!!!

Stormfly : "yeah, but hiccup and the rest of the gang are going to go back and try to train it tomorrow and that will probably go the same way as it did the last time. So what if we go and talk to it? At the very least we might be able to understand why it did that."

Toothless : "... I guess you're right. Let's go."

As we finish the conversation we walk through the forest and down to the far side of the island where the new dragon was just seen. Looking around, me and Stormfly see the large silver dragon laying down in the clearing we were at earlier today, some of fishlegs notes were laying in some bushes half burnt from whatever odd energy was fired at him.

Toothless : he'll probably want those back.

As we walk up to the large dragon i lightly tap on its solder to wake it up
