Kane was, for the most part, aware of what this mission was going to be. Though, raiding a U.G.G convoy was not exactly what he had in mind. He had already managed to kill several U.G.G in both defending himself at his apartments and during his escape on Para V. His fingers wrapped around the plasma rifle as he sighed.

"I sense you are distressed Mr. Lons." Dusk stated, still standing by him as the Jade passed the atmosphere of the planet. Fesh could be heard talking to Ryko and Kale in the cockpit, though her voice was muffled from the distance.

"Sorry, still need to get used to...this." Kane said, gesturing the weapon in his hands. The anvol tilted his head, with a puzzled look projected on his face.

"Is there something confusing about the rifle?" He asked, since he believed he was rather clear on how to operate the plasma rifle. A dry chuckle was Kane's response,

"N-no, that's clear. It's more...the fact I'm being hired with the possibility of having to kill again," Kane explained. Dusk rose a finger replying with a digital smile,

"A high possibility at that." Kane shot a glare at him. Dusk quickly got the hint that didn't help.

"My apologies." Dusk said. Kane rested his head against the back of the chair.

"You're fine, I should be ok. Just gonna need to keep a level head and get this done." Kane said. Dusk displayed a smirk,

"Don't worry, just like on Para V, as you humans put it, I got your back." Kane smirked back at that,

"Why I'd hope so, we made a pretty decent team back there." Dusk crossed his arms...or well his arm and stump. Though the smirk was still promptly on his screen.

"Well, last time I checked I did manage to carry you through the escape." Kane scoffed,

"Oh please, I totally saved you from that soldier that was laying onto you." Kane playfully shot back.

"Oh yeah, Well I-" Dusk was suddenly interrupted by Fesh's voice shouting from the cockpit,

"You boys need to stop your flexing and buckle in! We're about to make our jump!" Dusk brought his hand down before taking a seat with Kane.

"Well then, I guess you win. For now." Kane removed the smirk on his face after saying,

"Sounds good to me."

Fesh was double checking the coordinates sent by Drazz to the convoy. Ryko spotted the pirates that would be joining them flying behind the Jade. At first it seemed to only be a few squadrons of fighters, which didn't seem much. However, that opinion was changed when two pirate cruisers flew right behind them!

"Wow, it seems Draz really wants this cargo." Ryko stated, his eyes widened at the relatively small-medium size ships following their lead. Fesh didn't see the surprise and shrugged,

"They're only corvettes, show me a destroyer joining us and I may be interested." She scoffed. Ryko still wasn't a fan,

"I get that, though we usually never get back up, let alone this kind." Ryko said back. Fesh looked at Ryko, seeing his concerned expression.

"Hey, everything will be fine Ryko. Just in and out right?" She said. A smile was placed on her face to show her confidence in the words she said. Ryko took in a breath before replying,

"Yeah, you're right."

A transmission was then being hailed to both Ryko and Fesh. Fesh, with one hand on the ship's controls gestured to Ryko to answer the call. He only sighed,

"Just in and out." Then answered the hail. The screen in front of him displayed an anvol, his chassis was damaged, filled with dents occupied by a handful of bullet holes littered along his body. His screen was a dark red, the eyes and mouth displayed in white.
