Haruto
Monday; New Tsutsujidai Middle School
After school, I decided to meet up with my friends. I walked towards the gymnasium and saw them standing there.
"Oi, Haruto!" My friend Shingo greeted me.
"Hey Shingo. Aoi, Hattori-san."
"Hey~!"
"You gotta stop doing that..." I laughed at Shingo.
Shingo had gray hair, light green eyes, and wore glasses; Aoi had light blue eyes and long hazel hair; Hattori had short brown hair and pink eyes.
"Haruto, are you coming back?"
"Gomen. I just came to see you guys." Both Hattori and Aoi sighed.
"Well, no matter what, the team will always have a place for you."
"Arigatou."
"Hey Haruto, do you want to get something to eat?"
"Sure." All of a sudden, I felt a chill run through my body and I slowly turned around; up in the bleachers, I saw Rin glaring at me.
"Haruto?"
I gulped. "Crap..." I looked back at them. "Actually...I forgot that I had something today. Gomen."
"You're leaving already?" I nodded. "Oh, okay. Bye!"
I left the gymnasium and went into the hallway. I looked around, then I sighed. "Rin, I know you're there."
She comes from the corner and gives me a menacing smile. "Haru-kun~..."
How scary...
"So...those were your friends?"
"Yeah. I wanted to hangout with them, but then I saw you."
"Aww~..."
I grunted. "So? Did you need something?"
"Not really." Kusanagi jumps onto her shoulder.
"Kusanagi? You brought him?"
"Aren't we supposed to?"
"Yeah, but-nevermind." It's strange to have a figure, but a moving one...
"Anyways, Gauma wanted us to go to the training area." She grabs my hand. "Let's go!"
Suddenly, I remembered the kaiju that Gauma captured and later on got destroyed. I stopped and she looked at me.
"Haru-kun?"
"Kaijus. We're...going to have to fight them...aren't we?"
"Yeah, like we always do. Right?"
I stared at her. "Right. Also..."
"Hm?"
"Can you stop calling me that?"
"Why is that, Haru-kun?"
"Mattaku...! Let's go!" She giggled and we both left.

"Hey, Keide, you coming with us?" one of my friends said.
"No, I have work to do."
"Junk Shop right? Why do you still work there?"
I chuckled. "A friend got me the job. I plan to keep it."
