EPISODE 24 RECAP

Anokhi's mom recognizes Shaurya as the one who helped her on the plane. She bandages his hand as she asks him about his relationship to Anokhi , and he says meekly that he likes Anokhi a lot. He looks bewildered that she knows about his inability to feel pain, asking if Anokhi talks about him, and she tells him that he hasn't even flinched while she cleaned his knuckles.

He tells her about his accident, and that it was her ex-husband who saved him from killing himself. He'd told Shaurya, "Your situation is tough, what can I say? It must hurt so much that it seems impossible to overcome. But that's not right. Keep living. Try living for a while."

His kindness had broken through to Shaurya, who had sobbed like his heart was broken as he said that Yash had run away, saving himself and leaving Shaurya behind. It was the first time he'd cried since his accident.Mom says that fate is incredible, and she invites Shaurya to have breakfast with her and Anokhi in the morning. Disarmed by her gentle acceptance of him, Shaurya looks relaxed for the first time in a long time.

The next day, Manager Monty is furious about the number of articles that are being written about the violent incident at the airport. He says that the National Assembly is coming to ask some questions, and he orders Yash and Kitty to help Team Leader Vicky prepare. Team Leader Vicky asks Kitty if she spoke to Shaurya (about the attacker), but she says there's no evidence that he's done anything so there's nothing to talk about.While Ahir shops for flowers for Anokhi , Shaurya goes through his entire wardrobe looking for something nice to wear to breakfast. Anokhi is happy to see her mom when she wakes, and Mom tells her to set the table for their guests. Anokhi turns to see both Ahir and Shaurya waiting politely to be noticed, lol.

While Anokhi runs off to get dressed, Ahir asks Shaurya if he's told her his secret yet, reminding him that today is the last day or Ahir will tell her himself. Shaurya may as well have literal hearts in his eyes when Anokhi finally joins them, and she mostly ignores Ahir in favor of fawning over Shaurya.

Ahir finally gets Anokhi 's attention by giving the flowers he brought to Mom, and as they bicker, Mom notices Shaurya wilt a little. Anokhi gets a message, asking her to come to the police station to answer some questions.

Team Leader Vicky is already there with Anmol and Reema, and they learn that the attacker is denying everything that happened at the airport. Team Leader Vicky says it seems like he has a backer, but they have CCTV footage, and they just need some witness testimonies.

The guy is covered in cuts and bruises, but he has the nerve to sneer atAnmol as he's led back to his cell. He does it again to Anokhi when she arrives, but Shaurya came with her, and the guy recognizes the dark look in his eyes and sees his injured knuckles. He looks away, suddenly scared, which Team Leader Vicky notices.

After the guy is led away, Team Leader Vicky asks Shaurya if he knows him, and when Shaurya says it's the man who hurt Anokhi , Team Leader Vicky asks how he knows since he wasn't there. Shaurya thinks fast and answers that he knew by the way Anokhi tensed up.

Yash leaves the airport to meet Director Raja at a park. Director Raja says that a friend of his caused some trouble at the airport, but Yash tells him that he can't help him since the police are involved.

Director Raja has heard about Shaurya from the attacker, who saw his name on his ID badge. Yash claims not to know Shaurya, but Director Raja even knows that Shaurya Sabherwal is the name of Yash's former stepbrother. Yash tells him to stop wondering about his people and spend more time managing his own, especially when he's trying to arrange a meeting between Manager Monty and someone he refers to as "the chairman."

Yash is seething with anger as he gets back in his car to return to the airport. Director Raja calls someone and orders them to do a background check on airport employee Shaurya Sabherwal.

After they all give their statements, Anokhi suggests that she and Shaurya have lunch with Anmol and Reema.

Anmol accepts and pointedly asksReema if she has plans with her boyfriend, and he barely hides a grin when Anokhi is all I didn't know you had a boyfriend!

At lunch, the girls enjoy the food, but the guys struggle not to let on that it's much too spicy for them. LOL, they try to act so manly, but they keep guzzling water and can't even speak. They also have a hard time getting ice cream afterward, as the huge electronic menu overwhelms them, though the ladies easily figure out their orders.

At least they all enjoy the rail bike ride, giant smiles plastered on their faces. Anokhi experiences a moment of worry when she remembers a call from Kitty this morning, telling her that the man who injured her was badly hurt, and that she thinks that Shaurya is the one who hurt him. But Shaurya's smile is so beautiful and carefree that she can't help but smile back.

Anmol walks Reema home first, and after she's inside, he calls her to ask dumb questions about the medicine she bought him, just to have an excuse to talk to her a little longer. That is so freaking cute.

Shaurya and Anokhi walk home hand-in-hand, taking their time as they talk. Anokhi asks Shaurya what kind of grown-up he wants to be, saying that she wants to be like Kitty - so perfect and charismatic that nobody remembers the current Anokhi who always makes mistakes.

Shaurya asks how she wants to be today, and she says she wants to try hard to improve herself. He asks if they can just think about today instead of the future, and when Anokhi asks what he wants to do with today, he gives her a quick little kiss. Smiling, Anokhi asks what else he wants to do, so he kisses her again, and again, joking that he can do this all night.

He remembers talking to Anokhi 's mom this morning, and how she'd told him that opposites attract, but once you're in a relationship, those differences can cause problems. She'd advised him not to hide those differences, because knowing how you're different can help you understand each other.

So he asks Anokhi to come to his place, because he has something to show her. Inside, he takes her hand and leads her towards his bedroom, asking her to wait and not to turn around.

He goes into the bathroom, and she looks nervous, standing so close to his bed and hearing him taking off his clothes. Mistaking Shaurya's intentions, Anokhi stammers that she's not ready for that, but Shaurya just asks her to turn around..

She peeks, and she yelps when she sees that he's not wearing his shirt - but then she stops as she realizes what else she saw. She turns to look again, and sees Shaurya's prosthetic arm, all metal and glowing lights.

He tells her, "This is the real me. I'm different like this. Will you be okay with me like this?"
