(THIS IS NOT CANNON!!!)

(And this chapter starts before Phil reaches his house)

"Well..." Tommy admitted, "I found out when I was like 9 or 10, I guess."

. . . . .

A younger Tommy struggled to fall asleep as he finally let his eyes snap open.

"Ugh, why does my back hurt so fockin' much?!" a nine year old Tommy thought as he bared his teeth.

Tommy attempted to fall asleep before ultimately giving up and climbing off of his bed. He walked out of his room in the dark blindly. He eventually found Philza's room and opened the bedroom door carefully. He walked up to Phil's bed.

"Phiiiiil!" Tommy whined, "I can't sleeeep!!! My back hurts!"

Phil woke up exhaustedly and looked at Tommy. He lifted himself from his bed and raised Tommy onto his bed. Then, he laid down and wrapped his wings around Tommy. It had been ten minutes before Tommy had spoken again.

"Phiiiil!!!" Tommy complained, "I still can't sleep!"

"Ahhhh, I didn't feel like singing tonight..." Phil groaned.

"Huh?" Tommy asked, right before Phil began to sing.

"Leaves from the vine,

Falling so slow,

Like fragile tiny shells,

Drifting in the foam.

Little soldier boy,

Come marching home.

Brave soldier boy,

Comes marching home..."

The next morning, Tommy had found that the ache in his back was gone.

"Ay Phil, my back doesn't hurt anymore," Tommy said drowsily before realizing Phil had already left the bed.

"Oh, he's not here,"  Tommy thought.

Tommy got up and brushed his teeth before walking into the kitchen.

"Phil, are you in here?" Tommy said rubbing one of his eyes.

Tommy saw as Phil looked at him with a smile, to complete shock.

"What? You fockin' drunk or somethin'???" Tommy asked impatiently.

"Tommy, since when did you have wings?!" Phil asked.

"Whaaa?" Tommy asked looking at his back.

And Indeed, two red wings that were slightly gold were on his back.

"What the fock?!" Tommy yelled in surprise.

"Your wings..." Phil whispered.

"Hmm?" Tommy hummed.

"They're just like hers..." Philza whispered.

"You mean Mumza's?" Tommy asked gently.

Tommy didn't remember Mumza, or Kristen, himself, but he did hear a lot of things about her. He also knew that Mumza was a delicate topic for Phil.

"Nevermind," Phil answered quickly.

Tommy began to move his wings while thinking about what Philza had said. "They look just like hers..."
